I will be returning
Pros:

The hotel was elegant, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, resourceful, and hospitable. I am definitely staying here again and the pool deck was a whole vibe. Shout out to Jasemine (Inglewood!!!), Drea, Richard, and Paul for making this a unforgettable Nawlins trip for the books.

Southern Hospitality with class
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at Le Meridien. We were greeted by Drea who told us about Blue Lagoon, Paul was so personable and gave a great recommendation to BearCat amazing food and service, and following up with Mr Richard who was so funny, attentive, and resourceful. Highly recommend the hotel if you love southern hospitality with class.

Pros:

Hotel clean and the Richard and the rest of the crew were very friendly. Complaint A/C was not blowing well and brought a fan to the rm. thermometer was set at 60 and the room was still hot. No microwave in the room. Sitting outside on the patio people smoking weed. And charging $50 to park is ridiculous . Sorry not pleased. Grade C

Great location, staff and ambiance in the bar area and the 2nd floor seating space.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! Pleasant and very accommodated us during our stay. They went out of their way to provide excellent service. Mr. Albert was wonderful! It was also a great price point. I would stay here again next year and anytime I am in New Orleans. I also liked the poboy, daily chef's sweets corner and the free coffee.

Cons:

The size of the room was good. The corner room location made it difficult for us to navigate with 2 - 3 people in the room. Also we could hear our neighbors because it was an adjoining room when they closed their door. It constantly slammed if they did not catch it. The scones left a lot to be desired. They are not scones.

Essence Festival Trip
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Ms. Joy is such a great asset to the Meridian as her personality is perfect for her role at the hotel.Mr. Richard was also helpful throughout the say and had such a great sense of humor.

We will definitely stay here during our next visit.

Great girls weekend!
Pros:

We came for my cousin’s birthday and it was a great experience. I especially want to shout out Richard for all his help! He helped with our bags while making us smile! Also the hotel has sweet treats that are so lovely like mimosas and brownies that they bring out during the day!

Amazing customer service and well trained staff
Pros:

Loved our stay at th le Meridian! Drea was really great at accommodating us at the end of our stay. But the entire staff was really friendly and helpful-joy checked us in early when we arrived and Paul and the staff on the service side were incredible and made us feel right at home! We’ ll certainly be back and wil recommend others coming to the NOLA area

Nice hotel in perfect part of NOLA
Pros:

We booked this hotel for a last minute staycation in New Orleans and enjoyed our short time there! The room was clean and our view on the 21st floor was spectacular. We were able to walk a short distance to Canal Street and the Caesar’s Casino is right across the street. Would recommend and stay again.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, my entire stay was nothing short of phenomenal. The hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care from the staff made me feel welcomed every step of the way.

A huge thank you to Kristin, Erika, Emerson, Ms. Joy, Kentrell, Albert, Alex, Brandon, Tawanna, Pre, and especially Manager Tieshia. Every one of you went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and it truly did not go unnoticed.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but this team absolutely sets the standard. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable. I can't wait to come back and stay with you again!
