Cons:

לא ניקו את החדרים עד שירדנו לקבלה וביקשנו שינקו וגם אז לא שמו נייר טואלט בשירותים , ארוחת הבוקר זה מתפריט ובקושי יש מה להזמין, המחיר שהובטח בבוקינג שהוא כולל מיסים ועמלות היה שגוי וחייבו אותנו כ 150$ יותר ,

Pros:

The staff were really nice and the location was great.

Cons:

Our room air did not work properly, it never got cool. Only suitable. We were moved to another room and the air still wasn’t working. The property looks renovated/remodeled from a very old building. It was giving 3 star hotel

Staff was very rude, no welcoming at all. The common areas were dirty my entire stay. Ive stayed at the location several times and was always happy with the service I received but this time Im not sure what changed but this was a very disappointing stay

A Joy to stay here!
Pros:

The Front Desk Staff person Joy was just as her name indicated - a joy! She went out of her way for me when i had an issue to address. She understands the true meaning of customer service. I was very impressed. The hotel is clean, modern, and well positioned close to the French Quarter and an easy walk to the convention center.

Cons:

I liked it all.

Pros:

Un bel hôtel dans son ensemble avec un personnel adorable et très accueillant.

Cons:

La propreté dans les parties communes est à améliorer, ascenseurs, tapis, couloirs. Le temps pour récupérer son véhicule au valet est vraiment trop long. Organisation peut être a revoir.

Pros:

Bereits das Vallet Parking sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Toller Pool auf dem Dach und gutes Fitnessstudio.
Super Lage, schnell zu Fuss überall.
