Amazing staff, very polite and helpful, nice outdoor pool and tennis court, small but useful and open 24/7 gym; had no time to visit the spa but it looked inviting, good shuttle and taxi service, sometimes used the public transportation to go to the center and the stop was close and you could pay with the phone in the bus. A big applause to Nino the piano man, whose repertoire charmed our evenings.

Cons:

We had a premium room located on the ground floor so the window didn’t open fully, which made the air in the room feel not fresh. Also, the lack of balcony meant there was no place to dry our bathing suits. For the rest, we had a good stay and we would come back to this hotel, mainly thanks to the staff.

Boa, mas nao foi 4estrelas.
Pros:

Piscina limpa e com boa exposição solar, pequeno almoço variado e serviço de shuttle disponível (apesar de que podia ter mais horas).

Cons:

Limpeza insuficiente, banheira com bolor, carpete a cheirar a velho. Pedimos para desfazerem o sofa e foi necessário dois pedidos. O berço do bebé estava velho, sujo e muito torto. Tivemos de dormir com o bebé connosco pois era demasiado desconfortável para o bebé que nem ficava direito nas almofadas que colocaram para disfarçar. Barulho das maquinas do ar condicionado na xona exterior tornavam a noite pouco silenciosa, felizmente estávamos demasiado cansados e conseguimos adormecer.

De kamer want ik kreeg een upgrade aan de receptie: ik ben moeilijk te been en kan geen douche instappen die 40 cm hoog is. Kreeg een instapbare douche.

Cons:

Het ontbijt: de vleeswaren en kaas zijn echt niet lekker! Voor de zoetigheden: heel verschillend. Het vers fruit wil ik niet aanraden.

Mijn portefeuile werd in werd in Rome gestolen...kreeg niks meer hulp dan dat politie me liet weten.9
