Zentral gelegen, gepflegt, einige Gäste halten sich nicht an die Regeln
Pros:

Es war nur für eine Nacht und grundsätzlich sehr in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wenn man aber schlafen möchte ist ein neutral duftendes Zimmer besser als ein überparfumiertes.

Pros:

The facility is centrally located in the city of Mannheim, so its quite good for logistics and shopping too.

The place is also well managed and I had a comfortable, pleasant stay. I will return again in the future.

Cons:

I mistakenly reserved a double bed room which I didn't require, but the hotel later transfered me to a single king sized bed room. It was perfect 👌🏽

Die Lage…im Stadtzentrum, Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Für mich persönlich die Kopfkissen und von der Einrichtung nicht mehr so modern, aber das ist jetzt wirklich „meckern auf hohem Niveau“

Ideal für Städtetrips
Pros:

Postmoderne Architektur der 1980er, Mitte in Mannheim zwischen Paradeplatz, Wasserturm und Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer geräumig und sauber, Badezimmer ebenso. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung in ein Gebäude der 1980er Jahre ist selbstverständlich weniger gut als in neugebauten Hotels und dies wird problematisch, vor allem wenn Jügendlichen im Zimmer gegenüber bis spät in der Nacht feiern. Empfang und Flur wurden eine Erfrischung ertragen. Und auch die Gardinen im Zimmer kann man einmal in die Waschmaschine einwerfen. :)

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location. Mini supermarket around the corner. Short walk to the Mannheim Train station and also tram connections.
They were kind enough to change the room straightaway when I notified of a small issue.
Reception staff were quite helpful and nice. Overall pleasant stay.
