Clean and comfortable, with a warm welcome
Pros:

The receptionist, CiCi went above and beyond to welcome us upon check-in. We had a lovely room on the 22nd floor, which was older but very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The elevators were mechanically noisy, and we were nervous to utilize them.

the lobby was clean and smelled nice. the staff were nice

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The room was very nice, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We were very happy with everything.

My hotel for future stays
Pros:

Really good food at Ara restaurant. Jasmine and Martha went over and beyond to assist me prior to and during my stay. I also found the shuttle helpful.

Pros:

We had the best weekend we could have asked for. Alma was an absolute delight every morning at breakfast. She always greets my wife and I with the biggest hug and smile. And in the afternoon and evening reception timing, Katlyn was the best host. She is so attentive to all patrons making sure no one is left thirsty or needing. When it comes to recommendations she is top tear among what you are feeling and serving you the best option for your craving! These two women made our stay for sure!!

On top of these two, I can not leave out Dennis at the front desk and Peter, the GM!!! As well as the valet!! All Together this hotel had one the best teams I have seen in some time!!
