Pros:

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Unser Hinweis bei der Abreise, dass vermutlich etwas mit dem Wasserkocher nicht stimmte, wurde schlicht ignoriert. Der Kaffe und auch der Tee waren ungenießbar. Die Milch war schlecht. Evtl. War der Wasserkocher nach einer Entkalkung nicht genügend gespült o ä. Schade.

Excelente ubicacion, estacion de metro cercana. Desayuno muy completo con muchas opciones de comida
Pros:

Excelente desayuno. La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, cerca del Alster y a menos de 10 min caminando del metro.

Cons:

Al hacer el check-in, No informaron que debe solicitarse la limpieza de la habitación. Si no se solicita cada dia, no arreglan la habitación.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr nette MitarbeiterInnen beim Check-In und -Out, Zimmergröße im Dreibettzimmer war sehr gut, bequeme Betten, gute Abdunkelung des Zimmers war möglich. Prima war für uns auch, dass wir das Auto bis abends am Abreisetag ohne zusätzliche Parkgebühr in der Hotelgarage parken konnten, Bushaltestellen nicht weit entfernt.
