Pros:

Sehr sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Stellplatz für Räder in der Garage sicher und kostenlos unterzustellen sowie genügend Autoparkplätze ( moderater Preis) vorhanden. Die Lage fast an der Außenalster ruhig und dennoch zentral für einen Städtetripp. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

It was easy to find and parking was easily available in the underground car park.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, they were brilliant.

Cons:

I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was great but I thought €29 for a Schnitzel was a bit much!

Hamburg ist eine Reise wert
Pros:

Tolle Lage des Hotels.Schöne Hotelbar mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Zimmer war super und die Betten schliefen sich traumhaft gut. Es hat alles gestimmt und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zimmer total staubig, alter schmutziger Teppich, abgewohntes Zimmer. Zimmer war mit Blick auf Wasser, war jedoch ziemlich weit weg und auf stark befahrene Straße und daher auch sehr laut.
Frühstück war zwar alles vorhanden, aber etwas lieblos. Am Montag gab’s das alte Gebäck von Sonntag.

İyi Bir Seçim
Pros:

Standart King Odada dört gece kaldık. Otel, Merkez Tren İstasyonuna yürüyerek 20 dakika uzaklıkta. Çok yakınında Graumannsweg otobüs durağı var. Şehir merkezine ulaşmak kolay. check-in işlemleri kolay ve hızlı yapılıyor. Güvenlik iyi. Otel oldukça büyük ve güvenli bir bölgede. Kaldığımız odada su ısıtıcı, buzdolabı, geniş rahat bir yatak, ayrıca bir kanepe ve küçük bir masa da vardı. Işıklandırma, havalandırma iyidi. Dolaplar yeterli, banyosu da kullanışlıydı. Her gün temizlik yapıldı. Kahvaltı salonu büyüktü, girişte görevli sizi karşılayıp masanızı gösteriyor, biz her zaman kolay yer bulduk. Kahvaltı çeşitleri hem çok hem de kaliteli. Özellikle omlet sipariş edin tavsiye ederim. Sonuç olarak biz oteli beğendik ve seçimimiz için pişman olmadık.

Cons:

Check-in yapan görevli önce bize alt sınıf bir oda verdi, odayı görüp tekrar kendisine bir yanlışlık olduğunu söyleyince kontrol etti ve bu kez doğru bir oda verdi. Umarım bu bilinçli yapılmış bir eylem değildir. Resepsiyondaki bazı görevliler çok genç ve daha iyi eğitilmeli.

Gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Standartzimmer war relativ klein, aber sehr sauber. Es gab nur einen Hocker im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war super und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lobby und der Barbereich ist sehr modern und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle die wir immer genutzt haben.

Cons:

Obwohl ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatte, hatten wir eines direkt über der Tiefgarageneinfahrt. Am Freitag um 5:20h kamen die ersten Transporter, die mit viel Lärm Waren ausgeladen haben. Also unbedingt Fenster schließen, wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung Parkplatz hat, denn mit gekipptem Fenster ist es definitiv zu laut. 29€ für die Parkgarage ist schon anspruchsvoll, aber für Hamburg wohl nicht unüblich. Aber das Auto stand auf jeden Fall sicher.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes, sauberes, komfortables Zimmer. Prima Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.
