Nice secure parking and a brand new hotel within student camp. Very quiet due to it being the weekend and summer holidays.

Reception guy outdide on his phobe, probably why he did not answer phobe when i called.
When we did arrive he made his way to reception, could not find our booking, so quiet spoken i could not here him.
Was not told about breakfast swrvice, no leaflet in room to advise.
Mattress dreadful
No breakfast in morning which was paid for, due to weekend. Nothing in booking.com to i dicate this.
Over priced experience, better offa a travelodge. And cheaper.

Location to where we needed to be
Although exceptionally helpful and the issue was sorted , we booked via your site, a Accessible room, which they had no record of us booking but was recorded on our booking. Please investigate if there is an issue between your site and the booking of rooms In order to avoid dissatisfaction with other site users

It was a quiet location close to the area of the town I was visiting
Room was a good size
The car park is detached from the hotel, and there is no signage to the hotel from the car park.
Bed had a cheap mattress which was a little too soft for me.
There is no aircon and it to considerable force to close the poorly fitted double-glazed window.
The shower head in the bathroom either needs replacing or deep cleaned.
There is no restaurant onsite (breakfast was at the UNI cafe opposite)
