Would be a 10 if the hotel took care of the spiders.
Pros:

Great location, loved the room and balcony.

Cons:

I did not like the spiders on the balcony. The spiders even made homes in the patio chairs and mini table. Prevented me from enjoying the balcony that I paid a lot for. Not cool.

Was a great location and fair price, would recommend
Pros:

Beautiful location, easy to park and walk around. Staff were all very nice in hotel and restaurant. Food was good and children even got to enjoy their meals free of charge which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The bathtub was not very clean

Absolutely Fantastic!
Pros:

All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room was one of the higher-end options with a balcony overlooking the river, and it was surprisingly relaxing to sit out there and watch the Wolfe Island Ferry come out and in

Cons:

My only qualm is the fact that the shower head in our bathroom needed to be positioned a certain way in order to prevent ALL of the water from pouring out of the shower LOL

Waterfront bugs...
Pros:

We like the location and the view of the Harbour.

Cons:

The lights on the balcony stayed on all night and all the bugs kept coming in. We should be able to control our own lights. Also there was a very loud wedding above us and we could not get to sleep.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel and hope to come back!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and there is plenty of parking attached to the hotel. Our room overlooked the waterway and it was large and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was some confusion over our room when we arrived which was quickly sorted out. It's a shame that we couldn't have early check in, but it was worth asking. It didn't stop us doing anything as they stored our luggage. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and all the staff were lovely. We hope to come back to Kingston as we didn't have enough time to do everything and we loved it! The three things we did manage to squeeze in: the Sunset Cruise, a Trolley Bus tour and a tour of the Keewatin passenger liner were amazing!

Cons:

Nothing, although this was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in on our tour of Lake Ontario. If it had been a little bit cheaper we would have stayed longer. Kingston we will 100 percent be visiting again!

Beautiful location and rooms! Dirty balcony
Pros:

The location was amazing! Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Cons:

The balcony was so filthy, we couldnt even sit outside! There were many bugs and it s clear that it has been cleaned in a while. They expect you to tip at breakfast, even though its included and self service! They hand you a bill at the end that says “paid” but tell you gratuity is not included!
