Unterm Strich war ich voll und ganz zufrieden. Preis/Leistung stimmen, was das Zimmer betrifft
Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung entsprachen meinen Wünschen

Bad und Zimmer waren ordentlich und sehr sauber

Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass ich mir für meine sehr frühe Abreise einen Kaffee selbst auf meinem Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Kaffee Pulver /bzw. Tee zubereiten konnte

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich ruhig, aber ganz am Ende des Gebäudeblockes mit sehr langem Laufweg

Im Bad hätte ich mir sehr gerne eine reine Dusche anstelle einer Badewanne gewünscht

Der Preis für Frühstück und auch die Getränke im Selbstbedienungsbereich waren nach meiner Einschätzung zu hoch

Frühstück, Zimmer in Ordnung, Service schlecht
Pros:

Lage zur U-Bahn Station, Sauberkeit und Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Im Internet steht teils, dass das Hotel ein Schwimmbad/SPA Bereich hat. In diesen wollten wir gehen: ein Dampfbad und eine Sauna ist vorhanden. Einen Raum zuvor befinden sich abends Handwerker weil der Raum eher einer Baustelle ähnelt. Da möchte man nicht entspannen.
Was aber der "Hammer" war: wir wollten abends noch im Hotel essen gehen. Wir waren zu viert. Einer von uns hat eine Zölakie. Man ist in der Küche überhaupt nicht auf den Zöliakie-Erkrankten eingegangen. Angeblich war ALLES, wirklich alles, Kartoffelsuppe, Spargelcremesuppe, Kürbiskernsuppe, Salzkartoffeln (haha) u.v.m. glutenhaltig. Für mich hat sich der Chefkoch in der Küche einfach geweigert etwas für mich zu kochen. Ich bekam einen "nackten" Salat und eine Flasche Öl und Essig hingestellt. Als ich den Salat serviert bekam, hat man mir einen Brotkorb mit glutenhaltigem Brot dazu gestellt!!!!! 5 Minuten kam die Bedienung: Nicht essen, nicht essen!!! Ja, das wusste ich vorher schon. Gott sei Dank hatte ich noch eigenes Knäckebrot und Kekse mitgenommen.

The room was large and accommodating. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and let us change rooms .

Cons:

The location was too far out of central Munich for us . The restaurant was closed and hard to find restaurants on the street . Breakfast was average .

Cons:

Bei jedem Aufenthalt in dem Hotel gibt es das Problem mit dem fehlenden Parkplatz, bzw. gibt es die mühsame Parkplatzsuche. Auch diesmal müssten wir das Auto weit entfernt parken.
Beim Frühstück hatte ich ein Haar im Obstsalat.

Cons:

Als wir abends im Hotel übernachteten, wollten wir im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend essen, da wir wussten, dass ein Restaurant vorhanden ist. Doch als wir nach unten gingen, kam eine Mitarbeiterin auf uns zu und erklärte uns, dass wir nicht zu Abend essen könnten. Man bot uns lediglich an, an die Terrassenbar zu gehen, wo es jedoch nur hochprozentigen Alkohol gab. Anstatt den Abend entspannt im Hotelzimmer ausklingen zu lassen, musste ich mir stattdessen draußen ein Restaurant in der Nähe suchen, um überhaupt etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Ein absolut absurder Service für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.

Nice hotel but its only for people with a Car.
Pros:

Room and bed was comfortable, very quite place. The staff at the Terrace restaurant were very polite and efficient

Cons:

We booked two separate beds but were given single bed, upon asking the guy at the Reception gave us the extreme corner room Room 190, which was quite a walk, with my bad knees, I had a difficult time.
Hotel was in the middle of no where, with construction going one on Railway track, one could not even take train. We too Uber everywhere, which became expensive. There were no restaurant's nearby, just one small Turkish place which was quite a walk.
