Perfecto para descubrir Ottawa
Pros:

Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio. Lo mejor fue el personal, especialmente Pablo, en recepción, que hizo que nuestra entrada fuera muy cómoda y nos ayudó a encontrar aparcamiento esa noche.

Cons:

La habitación tenía una ventana que daba a la piscina del hotel y quedaba todo a la vista, era raro. La zona es muy céntrica pero pasear por allí de noche da un poco de sensación de inseguridad, aunque no es culpa del hotel.

Agréable et pratique dans l'ensemble
Pros:

La piscine est bien pour les enfants et les adultes. C'est très bien placé juste a cote du marché By et du quartier du parlement.
Vous pouvez y aller a pied.
Personnel très sympathique
Les restaurants aux alentours sont abordables

Cons:

Beaucoup d’itinérants dans le quartier.
L’accès a l’hôtel n'est pas facile.
La parking est tres cher.

Happy with the property, location and staff.

Property is in a perfect location, the staff were great and the rooms were clean.

This is such a minor thing but it would have been nice if there was a hot tub.

Uniquement 2 bornes de recharge électrique dans le stationnement et elles sont payantes. Cela nous à couté 15$ pour recharger 50km :-(

It was a great stay

Great location for seeing the sights of Ottawa
Pros:

We chose this hotel based on location. Even though we had a rental car, we wanted to be able to walk to most things or take transit. The location was perfect for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have on-site laundry, which was great for us. It is located right next to Byward Market which can get pretty busy on a Friday or Saturday night. There were lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend the Turkish restaurant a few blocks away. I would not recommend the breakfast being offered at the hotel, it was very basic and expensive for what it was. There are a couple of great cafes in Byward Market and there are other breakfast restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I were to return to Ottawa.

Convenient Hotel with Excellent Restaurant
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located downtown and had an excellent onsite restaurant with great breakfast options. The breakfast burrito was delicious as was everything else I tried on the menu. The room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space.

Well located comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The location was good as it was an easy walk to everything. The pool was great for the children.

Cons:

I didn't like the gap between the door and the frame, allowing you to actually see the corridor from within the room with the door open. Only a small gap, but worrying.

Parking expensive and had stairs between it and the lift, meaning you have to move the car to unload the bags, and then park.
