La situation proche du Ferry
CATASTROPHIQUE!
DES travaux dans la rue et dans l’hôtel !!!
Nous n’avons pas été prévenu , tous les clients étaient fâchés .
Personnel à l’accueil pas souriant du tout , ambiance très lourde !!!
Je demande à stockez une bouteille dans le frigo de la cuisine , le réceptionniste mal à l’aise demande plusieurs fois à ça manager qui ne s’est même pas levé !!! Il était très mal à l’aise .Service client Nul !!

Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Rolstoelvriendelijke kamer.
Sentralt beliggende, men litt gammelt og slitt. Dyrt sammenliknet med andre hotell i nærheten med bedre standard.
Personale ikke særlig oppmerksomme. Sendte melding til hotellet om at jeg kom sent, fikk aldri svar. Da jeg kom stod to stk tydeligvis og snakket om meg. De lo litt sammen og sa at "der var du jo". Tydeligvis ikke fått med seg melding, og virket mer opptatt av hverandre enn gjester som kom.

Fijne kamer, heerlijk ontbijt en hele fijne bedden.
Wij vonden het vrij warm op de kamer en we konden de temperatuur zelf niet regelen
God seng. Kom sent og dro før frokost. Rommet var bra. Kunne vært skoskje, da hadde det vært toppen😊
