Location was great and the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good. Huge room.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. Too small with a young child, making bath time frustrating. No hot tub.

Room was very run down.. trim falling off the walls, door hardly even shut, shower was awful and smelled bad in the room. Pool also seemed run down.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel shame about the location with the homeless . A major problem. Shame because the staff members Faith was exceptional .

Never again.
Cons:

The staff. How rude. They put us right beside the stairwell and said sorry thats all they had. Made me fill out and sign a form about drug use. K was with young children. There were predators doing cocaine and being weird. Ew. Never again will I ever stay here. Faith? Your the ruddest woman I have ever met. 0 out of 10 will never recommend. And will tell this story to anyone who will hear it.

Short , fun , but … not as comfortable as wished

All over the place in the hotel , it was dirty , somebody was sick in the elevator, at least the room feeled more clean but honestly I was in deception to see the cleanliness of this establishments .

Although we liked the beds and the pool, this hotel needs a complete overhaul.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The water temperature of the swimming pool was perfect.

Cons:

Apparently the hot tub has been out of order since COVID but the ads are misleading stating that they have a spa.
The keys do not work when trying to get on your floor from the parking lot.
The male breakfast attendants did not keep the buffet stocked with plates, knives and coffee. When I asked for some, the worker sharply said “There are some, I just put them there.” He walked to the buffet and indeed I was right. His response was “My bad!” I didn’t appreciate his attitude. The other fellow I witnessed two days in a row doing absolutely nothing while the young girl never stopped.
This hotel is very outdated. The bathroom door was cracked along the bottom and was peeling. The caulking is discoloured and deteriorated. The ladies change room off of the pool desperately needs renovating.
