As we had come to watch the Real Madrid home game the hotel location was perfect. Food wise there were numerous options available in the hotel vicinity which catered to all tastes. The immediate area was safe and perfect for families. Getting to the centre of Madrid was very easy with metro lines close to the hotel. The hotel facilities were great with the rooftop pool and bar a particular stand out. Although the pool was cold, once you got used to it it was very refreshing. Our room was very good with really comfortable beds. There were both hot and cold breakfast options available which set us up well for the day. Finally the staff were excellent - really friendly and professional. A special shout out to Lorenzo, Dani, Raul and Maurizio who were extremely helpful and friendly.
Nothing to call out. Really good hotel.
The fact that it did have a pool
The breakfast room was downstairs in a windowless room. I wanted to go out for breakfast.
Pyszne śniadania (duży wybór), świetna lokalizacja (blisko stacja metra i blisko stadion Realu), fajny basen na dachu, pokoje duże i czyste, łóżka wygodne -trochę dziwny układ pokojów - tak jakby w przedpokoju jest osobno toaleta i osobo prysznic a umywalka jest w korytarzu (da się zamknąć drzwiami)

3 ágyas szobát foglaltunk a Booking keresztül.Nem engedett fizetni az alkalmazásban,azt írta,hogy a hotel kezeli.
A helyszínen fizettem kártyával, és levonták az összeget róla,azonban ők azt mondták nem jó a terminál és nem sikerült ,de majd elintézzük. A szoba csak két főre volt ellkészítve,szólni kellett,hogy ágyazzanak meg,hozzanak törölközőt, stb. Utolsó nap nekik még mindig nem látszott az összeg,ezért azt akarták fizessem ki újra és majd visszautalják az első fizetést. Már nem volt ennyi pénz a kártyán,így csak 1 éjszakát tudtak levonni újra. Nem érkezik vissza a pénz,felháborító az egész.
