Voldoet aan de verwachtingen! Schone en ruime kamer, alles netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Een goed onderhouden zwembad en gym. Hotel is makkelijk te bereiken met de auto, en parkeren is mogelijk in een overdekte parkeergarage. Eenvoudig om via een taxi het stadscentrum op te zoeken. Goed ontbijt.

Todo la comida, la alvwrca, el cuarto todo mut bien
Sólo está un nevero en la alberca y por consiguiente se tarda en llegar las bebidas, pero todo muy bien
La atención del personal de amenidades,LUISA Y FER DEL área de AYS. La ubicación, el menú del restaurant y las atenciones del personal de room service, del vallet parking y personal.
La habitación, estaba poco ventilada, había goteras del aire acondicionado en el baño, mi habitación no tenía frigobar, el horario de acceso a la alberca no estaba definido, decía un horario y el personal adjunto indicaba otro.
La comodidad
Desayuno excelente el bufete del domingo y la ubicacion excelente , son muy amables y rapidos en recepcion para atenderte y darte las llaves
Ya requieren cambio de alfombras o dejar piso en los pasillos , los baños el agua se filtra por la bañera , requieren remodelacion o quitar esas tinas
al parecer tengo un doble cobro de la tarifa... ¿podrían revisarlo por favor?

The building is beautiful inside, gives impression of old luxury, the room was spacious and lovely, my only complain is it was bit dark even with lights on in bathroom for things like make up, otherwise very comfortable.
The staff were excellent, very polite and accommodating to all my requests such as later check out (2pm) and if I could get a take a way breakfast for my 5am hike.
Bathroom lights could be brighter, and also there are so many switches for different parts of the rooms
Good location, nice pool, everything was nice and easy to do. If something was missing, for example there were no robes, they were promptly brought to the room.
