Pros:

Nice hotel. Clean comfortable rooms.
Had trouble with the door and was locked out of my room for hours.... on my niece's wedding day.
I had to go to ceremony in my P.J's lol.
No fault of the staff or maintenance! They tried everything possible..

Cons:

Pool was under renovations!

The expectations and the reality were very different. We will not be returning.
Pros:

The room was clean and new. The staff was friendly

Cons:

I was offered an upgrade online that the hotel does not even have (Hot tub suite). The pool was closed. We were told there would be a bathtub in the room and there was only a shower.

Clean and organzied but could use new beds.
Pros:

Clean room. Bed was old but comfy. I love the location and cheap parking for downtown.

Cons:

The pool was being renovated so we didn’t get to use that. The room is kind of small and we didn’t have a tub in our room. We also couldn’t connect the TV to Netflix or others streaming services.
