Pros:

Rooms were spacious and very well lit
Location is great. Many eateries around in walking distance.
Tube connection across the road

Cons:

The lobbies are ill lit, they look very dingy. Little more light and air ventilation in the lobbies could help

Hotel seemed a little soulless and unloved. Good nights sleep

Good location, very comfortable bed and pillows.
Good sized shower and bathroom

Staff seemed were not very knowledgeable about the local area.
The broken signage above the front door made the entrance very shabby looking.

A+ Bartender
Pros:

One of the most pleasant experiences at this Hotel is in the bar being served by Ben the bartender. On top of being extremely hard working and accommodating his personality makes for the best service. He is very knowledgeable about your drink and food orders. I stay at this hotel quite often when in London and I always enjoy relaxing there with Ben as my server.
