Cons:

working noises all I don't recommend it at all...Construction noise inside the hotel every morning. Despite complaining, they told me it was coming from outside when it wasn't. Water outages at night. The bathroom with a lot of moisture on the ceiling. Unfriendly staff, you come in and leave and nobody greets you..... Incredible for a Hilton.. I made a complaint and they say it was outside the hotel

Стильный особняк в ряду других особняков в Южном Кенсингтоне, отличная кровать и вкусный завтрак
Pros:

Понравилось - расположение, шумоизоляция, удобная кровать, улыбчивый персонал. У меня получилось так, что я пошла гулять по Лондону утром, планируя вернуться в полдень (и даже раньше), быстро принять душ, переодеться и сделать чек-аут как положено, в 12 дня. Но что-то пошло не так. Ветка Пиккадилли оказалась приостановлена и мне пришлось ехать в объезд, в итоге я опаздала и уже готовилась платить штраф. Но нет, мне ни слова не сказали, я еще успела принять душ и выписалась около часа дня. За что очень благодарна. Завтрак был вкусный - английский, особенно понравился бекон - толстенькие ломтики слегка подрумянены, а не зажарены вусмерть до хруста, так что ешь и наслаждаешься вкупе с хорошими мясными сосисками, жаренными шампиньонами, томатами, глазуньей и белой фасолью в томате. Я уже давно перешла на белково-овощные плотные завтраки, чтобы не перекусывать до 2х дня, так что такой завтрак как раз по мне. Выпечка тоже есть, но я ее игнорировала, взяла несколько кусочков мягкого и твердого сыра к кофе и осталась очень довольна. Голода не чувствовала до 4х часов. Залог взяли, как и положено, 50 фунтов, по вернули через день, за что тоже спасибо!

Cons:

Не критично, но на подоконнике за окном столько пыли! Вроде это уже не комната, а улица, но если ветер подует в сторону комнаты, это все будет в номере. Хорошо бы ее веничком смести наружу. Или пропылесосить. Подумайте.

Sabanas limpias.

Cons:

Nos quisieron cobrar un desayuno que ya estaba incluido en la reserva. Muy poco gentil la persona. Nos colocaron en el piso 6, que es un altillo. Una de las piezas tenía olor a humo impregnado y la ventana no cerraba bien, por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle.

A Gem in South Kensington
Pros:

The location! A short walk from the heart of central south kensington, easily accessible to museums, shops and on the doorstep of the beautiful Gloucester Station. Stunning location!!!!!!!!! The rooms were spacious with a nice modern bathroom, daily cleaning and very helpful staff.

Cons:

The breakfast offered a lovely display and assortment of food but plates were sometimes egg marked and needed replacement which can be quite off putting, but otherwise I can't fault much and the hotel served it's purpose for our stay. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable bed. The towels were lovely, good quality products in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The only comment I would make is the restaurant menu seemed lacking - so we ate out.
