Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely stay for my sister’s birthday and the front desk staff in particular made it really special.

Particular mention goes to Ishraf who was super lovely and very helpful.

Pros:

Location very close to Gloucester Road underground. Lots of places to grab a coffee nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Park and Albert Hall.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for four of us. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping great. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food. We have been to this hotel before and will definitely be back.

Great service and great location
Pros:

Great Location, Comfortable Hotel and very helpful staff
Pros:

A very warm welcome from friendly staff.
Very spacious and comfortable room with a good sized bathroom (with good walk in shower)
Fridge in room and a window which opens (I like to have fresh air)
Comfortable slippers provided (London is very hard on the feet !)
The location is exceptional- across the road from Gloucester Tube Station, Waitrose and Boots. 15 minute scenic walk to Kensington High Street.
Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite- nothing is too much trouble.
My floor had quite a few guests but i heard no noise throughout my stay.

Cons:

The corridors are a bit dark but this isnt really an issue

Great hotel and staff ….. Ben working in the bar is the best! We all love him. He is personable and attentive. He is always the best part of our visit!

מתקנים מיושנים: מזגן לא הורגש ולא ניתן לפתוח חלון. רק שתי מעליות שמשרתות אורחים רבים כולל צוותים גדולים של חברות תעופה עם הרבה ציוד. זרם חלש במקלחת. אין כמעט מוצרי הגיינה.

I will look elsewhere for reservations next time as the cost of breakfast was crazy.
Pros:

Room was good. Good showed, hot water sbc bed wac fine.

Cons:

I talked to Hilton corporate the week prior to departure and they confirmed the reservations including that breakfast would be included. The front desk person said “ no” and so we had to pay 26 lbs each for 3 days which is very expensive. I’ve never had this issue before. Very disappointing.

Had a lovely afternoon tea experience thank you to Shrena Scherchan- a smiley face and gentle soul. Shrena went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time and accommodated any of our needs. Will visit again thanks to Shrena!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with everything. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of satisfying options.

I would especially like to thank the team for their outstanding support in helping my wife find her lost gold necklace. Their honesty and professionalism truly impressed me.

I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
