The staff were deceptive and made attempts to trap me into paying more money/overcharge me, then laughed about the situation while I was disputing it with booking.com. Very childish, especially penny at the front desk. she took my card and swiped it, THEN said there’s an extra 45 dollars for parking. Refused to refund me when I said I will not be staying there after the stunt she just pulled. She made excuses and kept stalling until 6pm when I got there at 5:20, to then say that there’s no refunds after 6. She knew was she was doing, and it’s disappointing to have to experience this childish behavior from another adult with my children when I drove nine hours to this hotel.

Everything was good very peaceful on the 8th floor
Pros:

The property is in a good spot very clean environment staff friendly

Cons:

There was absolutely no vending machines late night snackers love snacks but there is very few items downstairs to pick from to eat late at night..!!!

Good restaurant and there, we received great attention for breakfast.

Cons:

In the hall at the time of Check In, the girl was very inattentive and rather rude.

We also didn’t like that they charged us for 2 parking spaces when we only had one vehicle.... We think it’s disrespectful to the client. That is, they easily charge you extra charges that you do not have to assume and the communication to solve it has been impossible.

The property was very clean with friendly staff.it was super close to the smoothie arena and like a 10 11 min walk to burbon.

Cons:

The bed wasnt firm enough for me and we couldn’t go out on the balcony also they have no vending machines and the elevators took forever to get us to where we wanted to be
