Great value with everything you need.
Pros:

Clean room with everything I needed. Great location. My car didn't leave the parking garage my entire stay. I was able to walk to WW2 Museum and to French Quarter. Would stay again in the future.

Que dos ascensores se dañaron y se volvieron un problema para la cantidad de personas en el hotel.

- großzügiges Parkhaus zum selbstparken (kein Parkservice)
- Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer
- großer Fernseher
- großzügiger Poolbereich
- bequeme Betten und Kissen

Cons:

- Klimaanlage direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Dadurch liegt man im ständigen Zug
- schlechte Regulierung der Klimaanlage
- Schiebetür zum Badezimmer mit großem Spalt. So ist beim Toilettengang geräuschetechnisch keine Privatsphäre gegeben
- nur zwei von vier Aufzügen funktionsfähig gewesen (zeitweise sogar nur ein Aufzug). Dadurch teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten am Aufzug
- Zimmer mit Balkon, aber wie so oft, nicht nutzbar, weil Schiebetür fest verschlossen

This location was horrible. The room was full of dust. It didn’t have enough towels. And the fridge didn’t work.

Cons:

Customer service was very poor. I got a call from the front desk. Stating that the capacity in my room was too many. Which made me feel like my room was being watched at all times. Security kept harassing the kids about wrist bands. And when I made it down to the pool. One of the parents said to me . That security asked all the kids for a wristband. And some of the kids didn’t have theirs. And security allowed the to get back in. But made my family get out . Which made me feel very uncomfortable with my stay.

Alright because I'm grateful I had a roof over my head but Will not stay at this location again.
Pros:

The room was clean, if didn't know they they charged extra for giving you new towels that their cleaning staff took and charged for. Next time will not allow staff to clean room and will bring my own EVERYTHING!!

Cons:

The ELEVATORS, the elevators, the elevators. They were out and when working it was only One working when they have 4. Their own staff claim the elevators do this when it storm, lies!!! I stayed 8 days and when leaving the day of with no rain in 5 days the elevators did not work at all. I'm on floor 11. So we had to packed all of our things down 11 flights of stairs, and on some occasions go up 11 flights of stairs.

Great Location
Pros:

The location was perfect to start out our day walking and sightseeing. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant was only open for breakfast when we stayed there. Not sure what was going on.
