Great location, poor breakfast
Pros:

Visited here for a week in February for Mardi Gras. The location was great. It was just a 15min walk to French Quarter and there are bus stops and street car stops really close by.

The room was spacious and aircon effective
I couldn't hear any other rooms. The only problem with the aircon is that it blasts icy air at your face when you're lying in bed and there's no way to change it without turning it off. The room had a microwave and mini fridge but no plates or knives and forks. Even the cups for the complimentary coffee are paper cups.

The included breakfast was the main let down. You get a voucher for a meal that consisted of breakfast potatoes, 2 eggs and 1 meat (sausage or bacon etc). We only ate it twice all week, it wasn't great.

Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean, reception staff were friendly and welcoming and although check in was not until 4pm, we arrived just after 2pm and they got us our rooms right away.
Our room was a great size with 2 beds, room and bathroom were spotless, very modern and comfortable.
The hotel bar was lovely with a happy hour from 3pm to 6pm, the bartenders Amy and Max were excellent, very friendly and helpful and made lovely cocktails and drinks.
The hotel is in a good location. About 15/20 minute walk to The French district and Bourbon Street.
I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite expensive, we were nearly $50, and you were served by waitress, would have preferred buffet style.
