Nice Hotel!

Great location! Really nice hotel. Not too far walking distance from the French Quarter(: we really enjoyed ourselves here! The only thing, the hotel says that the pool is heated. When we went the pool was definitely not heated. It was actually pretty funny because we were expecting it to be heated. Lol 😅 but otherwise we had a really nice time and we enjoyed ourselves. :) room was comfortable, staff was nice and we really enjoyed it!

Cons:

No balcony access ): I know they stopped balcony access a few years ago as far as I was told. I wasn't aware of that until after I booked. It was part of the reason why I booked this hotel in the first place. I may have just missed it on the booking.com page somewhere but yeah that was disappointing. Otherwise great!

Best location, unbelievable staff and friendliness and awesome facilities
Pros:

Honestly out of all hotels in New Orleans , Las Vegas and LA. This was by far the best for services, staff being so friendly and going the extra mile, location and everything!

Bella struttura in posizione strategica
Pros:

Parcheggio molto comodo all'interno della struttura a circa 55$ (tasse incluse) per un giorno.
Posizione a circa 15 minuti da Bourbon Street.
Stanza ampia, pulita e con una vista molto bella (dall'undicesimo piano) e un bagno con doccia spaziosa.
Staff molto cordiale, disponibile ed estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni.

Cons:

La doccia potrebbe avere un doccino e, auspicabilmente, un po' di pressione in più.
La colazione (inclusa nella tariffa) prevedeva solo un beverage e un piatto a scelta (servito). Qualità ottima senza dubbio, ma la presenza di un buffet sarebbe stata sicuramente cosa gradita, dando la possibilità di assaggiare sia un po' di dolce che di salato.

The coffee shop in the lobby was fantastic and the little bar/ restaurant was perfect for a quick drink before heading to your room

I didn't like that. I couldn't open the balcony door they were sealed, shut.
