Whilst the bar/reception staff were helpful, our room(s) was awful and not worth the price.

Loved the location, staff & breakfast
Also the third room we were put in after the first two were substandard/unhygienic

Cons:

The first room we were put in was substandard, the second was terrible. It had an awful smell, a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly and some questionable stains all over the carpet. This was confirmed to us when the assistant manager apologised and promised to move us to, and I quote a “nice room”. For the expense paid out I regretfully say our stay wasn’t worth the price for all the hassle & poor quality of our initial two rooms, which is disappointing as we throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel just over a year ago. I would like to note that last year we stayed for three nights and paid nearly the same price as this year for two nights. To be put in two substandard, awful rooms, given the money I paid, was more than disappointing and put a dampener on our trip.

Las instalaciones, el desayuno, la habitación y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

La comida que hicimos en el hotel al llegar y la espera hasta el check-in acto que se realiza a las 15:00.

Pros:

Breakfast selection very good

Cons:

Extremely noisy a/c was “fixed” by being turned off!!! For ventilation opened the window which made the room very cold. Found a heater without any instructions and not having a degree in operating same gave up trying to turn it on.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean, the same with the bathroom. WI-FI was working perfectly. Breakfast was very delicious, lots of different stuff to choose from. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
