Pros:

Отель великолепен. Персонал приветлив, предупредителен, атмосфера очень доброжелательная. Завтрак замечательный, номер удобный, кровати, матрасы все отлично, ванная хорошо оборудована. Вид из окна на город с высоты 4этажа прекрасен Претензий нет, одни положительные эмоции. Всем рекомендуем, не пожалеете.

Hotel byl dle očekávání, tedy čistý a se snídaní. Personal na recepci velmi vstřícný.

Cons:

Postele nejsou moc velké, zejména přistýlka pro děti. Snídaně nic moc, hlavně vajíčka nestála za nic.

Too less for a lot of money but staff was wonderful

Breakfast was very basic. English breakfast okay but the rest (bread, muesli, fruit) few choices and cheap quality.

Excellent staff & Great location
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel was superb. Right opposite craigleigth shopping centre and 20 minutes via bus from the city centre. Sally gave us a room on the 5th floor and we got to see the beautiful sunset as soon as we arrived in our room.

Cons:

The pillows were very hard and the air conditioning made a lot of noise at night. it made sleeping quite uncomfortable with high pillows and constant noise of the air con. The housekeeping didn't restock teas and coffees

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im vierten Stock mit toller Aussicht über die ganze Stadt. Sehr bequemes Doppelbett, auch das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war in Ordnung. Bushaltestelle praktisch vor dem Hotel mit direkter Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Mit dem Family-City-Day-Ticket kann man sehr preisgünstig alle Busse in Edinburgh für einen Tag beliebig oft nutzen. Auswahl beim Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Unser Badezimmer mit Badewanne war winzig; für vier Personen eine kleine Herausforderung.
