Pros:

in the Room required the morning coffee but not provided the sugar, milk & coffee power. I ask in night itself but provided.

Cons:

in the night time around 12.00 noon the EB power is gone. The generator is working but in the room NO AIR CONDITIONER and i not able to sleep. I call the reception at 1.30 AM then provided the FAN, up to 7.00 AM NO AC.

Pros:

I liked how I was greeted to an empty chair when I arrived at location and had to go find someone who could help check in.

I liked how I paid for a balcony room and was given a different room altogether and they asking me adjust .

I liked how they were not bothered when I didn't even stay at the property and was still charged for choosing a room that I paid for and was never given.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact the property was so very nice to me that I want to keep coming back.

Cons:

Staff's were rude and not informative at all. Also, they are not cooperative. Very poor service by them. For the service they provide and room size, the tariffs are very expensive, not worth at all.
