Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed signals: many guests report clean rooms, towels and bed linens, but several mentions of dated/unclean conditions, an unpleasant hallway smell and at least one bug-bite incident lower the score.
Service
9
Generally very positive: multiple reports of friendly, welcoming and helpful staff; a few isolated check-in/registration issues and one unwelcoming receptionist noted but overall service is a strong point.
Location
8.5
Frequently praised — convenient location (near American Dream Mall and other points), restful setting for many guests; no major location complaints in reviews.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious with good beds and coffee machines; occasional complaints about bedding being too soft or rooms feeling dated and one pest report temper the otherwise solid room quality.
Amenities
7
Mixed: standout breakfast and a usable pool and coffee amenities, but issues include limited parking, early pool closing hours and low water pressure for some guests.
Value for Money
7
Mixed perceptions: some guests felt well served (upgrades, free parking), while others found breakfast not included/too expensive and experienced booking-related frustrations.
Food and Beverage
9
Strong positive consensus on breakfast—described as superb/amazing and well-staffed; no significant negative comments about food quality.
Overall Experience
8.5
Generally favorable: many guests report a good, restful stay with helpful staff and comfortable rooms, though occasional operational and minor facility issues are noted.
