Bed was comfortable, the restaurant was a great treat

Cons:

I got bit by bugs while I slept. Twice on my arm and once on the palm of my hand. No idea what kind of bug didnt see any but they sure do itch.

The front desk employees needs to improve their communication to guests
Pros:

I just called to ask if I can hang around the pool since the check in doesn’t start until 3 pm but my arrival is around 11am, and the front desk lady said NO because I’m technically not their guest yet . I understand that but this is a first time I’m getting this response from a hotel. Never have experienced that before and I travel! Shame because I’ve stayed there before and don’t remember negative experiences from the staff. I canceled my reservation.

Está ubicado en una excelente zona , las instalaciones son hermosas, es muy tranquilo y fue preciso para lo que estábamos buscando con mi esposo, nos encantó y volveremos.

Cons:

Tal ves nos faltó algún área de juegos , tipo mesas de billar o de Ping pong . Es lo único que le agregaría
