The AC failed
The TV never work good , I asked change it ,
The iron never work , I asked change it
The room ‘s key , suddenly Not work more , I can Not open my room and I can Not use the elevator!!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!
I forgot my CAR KEY and exactly 1 pm I tried to open again and surprise no more work , in other works , you’re NOT WELCOME, I field that .

HONESTLY We never will back back to the Crown Plaza.

Al pedir un cambio de habitación por el ruido de la calle, me cambiaron a una mejor habitación, remodelada.

Cons:

Que no me dieran la habitación remodelada desde el principio. La primera habitación ya se veía un poco vieja.
