Zimmer wirkt etwas abgewohnt
Kaffeemaschine lustlos hingestellt

I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel for sure
Pros:

Great location, I walked everywhere. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was a little bit too noisy and I couldn’t turn it off unfortunately

Excellent would go again
Pros:

It was a great experience all round - I have stayed in a lot of places in Cairns but have never felt as spoiled as we did. The staff made us feel very welcome, the welcome cookie and gifts (bottle and wine and chocolate for my daughters birthday) were amazing, the staff were happy to help no matter what. The breakfast was just amazing and even the robes in the room just gave it a loving touch. We will definitely come back to stay. Thank you again Sam

The beds are small, who uses double beds??? Bathroom ceiling starting to sink from moisture damage. Time for a redo.

Cons:

Pictures of hotel showed outside tables which we thought would have been great for breakfast considering the ocean view. Breakfast is actually served inside on the other side on Abbott street end. Closed hotel entry from esplanade. Had to walk around to Abott street to enter hotel. Could not get tv to connect hotel wifi. No microwave in room is a big negative. Fridge had parts missing and barely fits full size bottle. Had to stand in bath to have shower.
