Convenient; comfortable; great location.
Pros:

The reception staff member was delightful & helpful. He found me a nearby shop where I could purchase bathers; & pointed out evening places to eat. The room was very well fitted out.

Cons:

I inadvertently turned off the master light switch; later in the evening I woke with a start & obviously couldn't turn on the lights in the main room; the bathroom light worked thankfully.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Location was good and good lobby and surrounding areas ,staff members helpful and truthful. Close to all attractions and CBD.

Cons:

Dated hotel, Smelly room and small bathrooms. Breakfast was crowded hard to reach any staff for a cup of decent coffee. Room service did not work had to call up receptionist for order who to my surprise confirmed that there has been on going problems with the QR code which could not be fixed. Our order came almost 1 hour later without cutlery and a young Asian staff told us she had gotten lost as the room number was wrong.

Great stay, right on the water front, a little spenny but consistent and decent quality
Pros:

the staff work extremely hard to deliver standards, especially during breakfast shift they are running on all cylinders, they are well organised and professional even when its busy, the cleaning staff are doing an incredible job too.

Cons:

the stairway to the rooms is a bit haggard with water seeping through and ballooning in the cieling, this will need fixing before it weakens the cement and the gym could do with a bit of an upgrade with a few more loose bits like bar and kettle bells

Fantastic staff & customer service !
Pros:

Customer Service was fantastic. They sent us a beautiful card and pastries for my sons bday and upgraded us to an ocean front room. The freshly baked cookies was a sweet touch for hotel customers. Breakfast choices were good. Excellent location & walk to everything.
