Okay for an overnight stay but not a week

King bed was comfortable
Keurig in room.

Cons:

Pull out couch bed horrible to sleep on … even for teens. All ice makers on every floor were out of service. Breakfast buffet not worth the money. No coffee or tea in the lobby.
House keeping knocking on doors starting at 9:30am when checkout is at 11am.

The breakfast area was wonderful. The breakfast was satifying except for the pancakes....they were pretty tough

Pros:

The good
Location. Close to Cincinnati attractions. (Including Jungle Jims same area)

The fountain and lobby are inviting.

Beds comfortable and clean bedding.

The bad

No included breakfast

Like a lot of hotels, places missed cleaning are often overlooked by people staying there. There were cob webs and spiders in the corners of the room, mainly around curtain valance. Dirty close to under bed and behind night stand.

Mildew spots around bathroom door. At first I was concerned it was bug droppings, but as in bathroom and wiped clean, deteremind mildew.

The tub has old grip pads, dirty so use a bath towel as mat inside.

Water pressure was average but one setting for shower. Though in a tub, its automatic shower only.

I think the bathroom issue is because in need of renovation from which I understand parts of the hotel has had done.

It's also a bit of a maze to get to your room from lobby. Elevators aren't close.

So its an average stay in a hotel that usually has higher standards.

This place is great but idk about the beds lol
Pros:

The pool was great, the restaurant they had was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The bartender (wish I knew his name) was so funny and easy going.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like, including what my fiance didn't as well, were the beds. They're great to lay in and relax, but not to sleep in. The pillows were a bit too fluffy and the sheets irritated his skin, and he couldn't sleep most of the night because of that. I slept well until I woke up; my shoulder and neck were killing me.

Pros:

Room was extremely well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

Asked for quiet room but apparently that was not possible. Dogs were barking late at night. I assume a dog convention was booked during my stay there. Unbelievable!
