Lovely hotel
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff , very helpful. Great breakfast

Cons:

The mattress was too soft, we spoke to reception and they changed the mattress right away.

Super Hotel, bei dem alles stimmt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage, ist super sauber und das Zimmer ist perfekt für ein Paar. Die Betten waren superbequem und die Daunendecke war super. Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und abwechslungsreich und man konnte leckere Eierspeisen bestellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Alles in allem: top! Wir kommen wieder!

Gutes Hotel, ist zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und das Personal insgesamt, ob im Catering oder Front Desk, sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ruhig und zweckmässig, die Betten komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Bad eher klein, nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand (Fugen), das Zimmer eher dunkel, zu wenig Beleuchtung.

Breakfast was fantastic, it set us up for a full day of sightseeing. Could use a larger cup of coffee!
Location was fantastic with restaurants and the central close
Staff was excellent

Cons:

Went to get free wine. Mistakingly went into restaurant and was charged. Nice to have known where to go

Great location, comfort and wonderful staff
Pros:

Perfect location and super friendly staff). A nice bonus is a bottle of hotel scent, which they present to you during checkout as a reminder of happy memories of Amsterdam and the hotel. Our main requirements were: working AC, a spacious room, and cleanliness. It was 10 out of 10. Special thanks to the girls at the front desk; they were so welcoming and helpful!

Cons:

The shower water temperature could be hotter for me. For my partner, it was perfect. Breakfast is pricey and not worth that much money. But you can book it without it and add it upon request.

Lovely hotel very local to everything but would like to see some flex to make a guest feel valued
Pros:

Great location Staff were lovely although I accidentally only had 1 adult on my booking instead of hubby making two adults I also asked for two single beds as one of us a bad sleeper
I got charged extra for both which was very disappointing
We stayed earlier in the week two nights under booking .com booking which was perfect
The 3rd night two days later after all the add ons worked out to be more expensive for the same thing booking direct with hotel
It spoilt our thoughts from earlier in the week
It was management making that decision to charge extra not front desk reception I will note
