Location was great, close to everything and good views of the lake.
The pool was a bit small, but they made good use of the room they had and a hot tub would have been wonderful.
The facility is excellent. The staff was very professional.
Booked the hotel on line because we were traveling and decided to rest. We were greeted at check-in and recognized as a reward member. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. We eat at the hotel restaurant and had a couple of cocktails. The food was great as well as the cocktails. We will stay here again if in the area.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. At approximately 2:00 a.m., I pulled back the comforter on my bed and discovered numerous visible stains covering it. Hoping it was an isolated issue, I checked the comforter on the second bed, and it was also covered in stains. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk and the bedding was replaced, but no one could tell me what the stains were. By that point, I had already spent the night sleeping under visibly stained bedding. And, I’m not talking about a spot or two, I am talking about huge brown stains. We were utterly disgusted, uncomfortable, and questioning the cleanliness of the room. What has been even more disappointing is how this was handled afterward. I called and emailed the manager (twice) but never received a response. No apology, no follow-up, and no attempt to make the situation right. Instead, I received an email asking me to leave a review. Mistakes happen. How a hotel responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this property failed on both cleanliness and customer service. I expected much better from a DoubleTree and cannot recommend staying here based on my experience.

Staff not as friendly as other hotels, breakfast was completely wrong no idea what was gluten free for us and then wrong orders received… pool was lovely but closed off by 11am due to issue with drain… A/C was so noisy for sleeping and when it was on it blow cold air directly at one bed… beds not very comfortable and the quilt looked dirty

To start the staff was amazing and the rooms so clean .
The room was clean, the view was nice.
The receptionist checking in was not friendly and was left alone for a busy afternoon.
The pool was dirty, green and slimy on the sides.
I stayed at the Double Tree on June 26, 2026. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and greets you with a smile as warm as their cookies! The room was spacious and clean. My brother and I had dinner and drinks at the bar that night. Sam and Nick were amazing!! The margaritas were fantastic, and their hospitality was exceptional. Now let me talk about the food. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and wings. The chef (Troy) prepared one of the best meals we had all weekend. We talked about it every single day! I would recommend this hotel to others and stay again. We're already planning our next trip back in a few months.
