Cons:

very bad service . I booked rooms included breakfast. First ask showing confirmation letter . But after showed and approved the order still not offer the breakfast. And ask me to ask booing.com

It was awesome. Can’t understand why I pre-paid for breakfast yet on the first morning of our stay I was charged for one

Overall the location is perfect. Access to the riverwalk. Multiple restaurants nearby.
Cons:

The elevator for the garage was not working so we had to either use the stairs or wait for the person driving the cart to take us which took a while so we used the stairs instead. There was a door connecting to our room to the other room and the person who was staying in the other room was so loud i felt like i was in the room with them. That door was soooo thin you can hear EVERYTHING! They were up till 3am just having a conversation on speaker. I could hardly get any sleep.

We had an issue with our room due to an unpleasant smell, but the staff responded immediately and moved us to another room without any hassle. We really appreciated how kind, understanding, and accommodating everyone was. Thank you for making sure we had a comfortable stay!

It was decent but it would have been better if the room was able to be cooler.
Pros:

It was convenient location and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the room didn’t get cool enough and there were people at the pool area smoking marijuana.
