We had one room with 2 queen size beds overlooking the riverwalk. The room was spacious, fully equipped bathroom. Perfect location to walk to everything. The only drawback was no microwave, but we were given one upon request. Breakfast was exceptional and staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings.

I took my father to the 80th annual 82nd Airborne Convention last week…It was an amazing experience…the restaurant staff was awesome…the hospitality staff was great and the valet staff were incredible…the garage elevator was out and they did an amazing job getting us were we needed to be…Efren, Mateo, Mando and Jesse-Thank you so much for all your help and going above and beyond what you needed to do for my 80 year father Moses, my sister Linda and I (Lee Ann). You guys were amazing! Hope to visit again soon! God bless all your journeys!

JW and Mando provided absolutely outstanding valet service during our stay. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of.

Valet operators are one of the very first interactions guests have with a hotel, which means they play a huge role in setting the tone for the entire experience. JW and Mando represented the hotel exceptionally well and delivered the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized.

Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Management should seriously consider recognizing, rewarding, and promoting these young men ASAP. Employees like JW and Mando are exactly who you want representing your hotel and creating that important first and last impression for guests.

Locations is great and the staff are very professional. Valet is awesome! Special thanks to Jesse and other valet staff for great service.

Wish coffee and cream would be offered in lobby like most hotels, very basic accommodation that goes along way with guests.

This is my third time time staying at this location and usually I have no issues however this time our room flooded while we were staying on the 11th floor, coming from a wall in the bathroom.

All my belongings were in a pile of water including electronics and medication as they were set on the floor due to lack of baggage holders in the room.

The staff were accommodating in washing and drying the clothing they could but we were left to spend hours on our last night switching rooms, drying out baggage and valuables, ensuring medical equipment was operational etc and missing our plans to go out on the Riverwalk which we only had booked for 2 nights so missed many things.

No accommodation was offered to provide any compensation for our lost time and experiences such as partial refund or credit to use for future stay etc which was extremely disappointing given the price to visit.

I feel the company could do better to support guests but the staff should be applauded for their professionalism during this situation.

Not sure I will stay again due to lack of accountability to provide any compensation but otherwise the hotel is very nice.

juan was an absolute help from the moment we approached the establishment. to the moment we left . he had the best attitude and let us know everything we needed to and answered all of our questions!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk 2 nights on a Monday and Tuesday. Great atmosphere great location by Riverwalk and the price was worth it we were greeted by Michael who was at front desk. He has a great attitude a smile every time we'd see him. He was very helpful during our stay.
The rooms were clean and spacious. They provided washer and dryer, pool, and the noise was not a problem quiet during our stay. Definitely coming back.
