Beware, Does not live up to the description
Pros:

The hotel has great access to Fresno Airport. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The property is out dated and lacks routine maintenance and repairs.
The key locks on exterior doors are all busted. Any repairs that have been done, look like a child did them.
The worst was the check-in procedure! You check in with a remote desk clerk who is working from home in a different country. The guy barely spoke English, had extremely poor customer service stills and it took forever.

I don’t know where to begin. Is it from the dirty rugs that are absolute trip hazard I’ve stayed there three times now and they have not changed once if anything they’ve gotten worse over the years it’s disgusting my room disgusting blood stains on the wall. I have pictures to prove stains on the lamps pictures to prove a toilet that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned pictures to prove they’re relying on location not putting any money into that building Wyndham should revoke their licensing.
And before anybody comes at me about why I’m staying there is three separate times over three years. It’s with the hope that they actually changed something because of their location is the only reason but I can guarantee you this that is the last time I stay there I’ll stay right up the street at the best Western, which is a brand new building

It is close to the airport. The hot breakfast was good!

Cons:

There is a virtual concierge and the check-in process is very slow. The breakfast starts late on the weekends.

Clean and comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The restaurant had good food and happy hour. The breakfast was good too. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
The pool and waterfall were nice. The water was cold, but felt good on my feet when I sat on the edge.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the tv going and the front desk woman came and helped us. She had difficulty also, but got it going after unplugging cables. The next morning, we could not get it going again.
