Staff were excellent.
Customer service excellent as well. We were not satisfied with the very small room overlooking the roof with the mechanical structures. Called front desk. Literally, within minutes the manager arrived and offered us keys to a much better room.
Even gave so a great basket of fruit and goodies for the inconvenience.
Staff in breakfast room very friendly. Kept place clean. Pleased to see hiring of people with all levels of abilities.

Access and directions to the parking lot could have been better.

Hotel à recommender pour sa situation
Pros:

Un séjour de 12 nuits dans cet. hôtel qui a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos attentes .....personnel hyper professionnel et toujours disponible, équipements très satisfaisants
Situation idéale dans Vancouver avec le Skytrain en face et donc Waterfront et Canada Place se trouve à 20min.
Un quartier très chouette avec des restos, et un Mall impressionnant tout près !
Un hôtel à recommander sans hésitation !

Gute Lage und sehr guter Service.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, sowohl zur Bahn als auch direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück wurde uns sogar direkt am Tisch Wasser angeboten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
