After 15 years as a returning guest, very disappointing management and customer service.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel for approximately 15 years and have always found the location convenient. During this stay, Operations Manager Onil and technician Terence were helpful and professional once they became personally involved, and the technical problem was eventually resolved.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this stay involved problems in two rooms: a non-functioning air conditioner, an excessively noisy replacement unit requiring a late-night room move, and then a hot-water problem in the second room. My greatest disappointment was the management response: despite repeated requests over three days, the General Manager did not return my calls, communication was poor, and when I eventually raised the matter with him, I did not receive an apology. After 15 years of staying here, this seriously affected my confidence in the hotel.

Pros:

we made reservations a month ago two room paid already in advance with request first floor due my medical condition.They never gave it to us and made us wait three hours lying that they where cleaning when we return there no room have one on the second floor and then there was none in the end they gave a room 3Floor room with a black crusted bathub .The front desk employee on the thursday in the day was rude illmmhere and do know to treat people plus there was a unpleasant smell mariguana in the entrance

there are four points in philadelphia and others if it’s the same owner we will delete if from other activities list.Thank you for nothing we have a bad a bad experiencia never come back four points .All people stay that’s two days he put the same bad reference .Thats cracy .Never y see somethin like that

Rooms weren’t clean and staff was RUDE
Cons:

I had booking reservations from July 23-25, 2026 at Four Points Philadelphia Northeast by Sheraton. The hotel room I received was not in good cleaning standards the room was dirty I spoke with front desk asking if the room could be cleaned and or assign me a new clean room. Housekeeping did a rush job of cleaning the room it was still dirty with trash strands of brown hair on the bed and open used condom wrapper under the sheets in the bed below is pictures. Upon speaking with the front desk regarding this matter nothing was done. I should’ve received half off of the room and or a full refund as a good gesture of services. I give this hotel 1 star and I definitely won’t be returning and visiting again.

The stay was worth the price! Staff was welcoming, nice parking lot, and decent area.
Pros:

I loved how welcoming the staff was upon check-in, cleanliness, and convenience of the plaza near by with shops, food, and a grocery store!

Cons:

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included in the stat for the price.
