Cons:

Le personnel à l accueil très froid (pas le sourire), juste l impression qu on les dérange.
Et trop de chlore dans le sauna
Et bruit de l autoroute gênant dans les chambres

We checked in to our room #1201 with a broken toilet and we wasted time having to wait for someone to come fix it. The next morning at 5am, we were woken up by the loud noises coming from above the room. Sounded like many chairs being dragged around. Upon checking out, I informed the staff about the noise and asked what was above our room and she said "it's the restaurant" with a stone cold face and didn't even bother to apologize. Terrible customer service.

Clean, quiet, zero extras
Pros:

Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Very spacious. Quiet. Fast elevator. Allowed early check in. Shuttle to airport was convenient

Cons:

$3. for bottled water in lobby. Booking said breakfast included; it wasn't. Cost $19 per person. View was side of a building.
