Pros:

The restaurant was really good.

Cons:

The walls are too thin. I could hear the neighbors being romantic. Also, being on the 12th floor, my room was under the restaurant and could hear the staff cleaning and moving the chairs every night.

Bad, I will never stay here again

The only thing I liked about the property was the view from the top of the restaurant

Cons:

The hotel room was dirty. It had trash still left in from the previous person and the window blinds were broke. There was also a patched hole in the wall, not even painted over. The property also claims that they display a sign at the front desk stating that parking cost $10 a night however, that is false. I did not see anything displayed for the fee of parking nor was I told, and they deducted it from my deposit when I called the lady was very rude. The pool and Jacuzzi were also dirty and the water was very murky. If you were looking for a clean place to stay, I would not stay at this Holiday Inn, especially for the price they charge. I expected better quality for what I paid.

Major Attraction to this Property was the Free Shuttle from Long Beach Airport
Pros:

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it had a shuttle from the Long Beach Airport to the hotel. I stayed two nights as I was there to board a cruise ship. Surroundings included several fast food restaurants.

Cons:

I would really have appreciated a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port but they only go to the airport.

Ok but will never stay there again

The location and that it had a pool

Cons:

Needs remodeled, first thing I noticed was a hole in the wall in the room, the mirror had a corner cracked off, beds were not comfortable, carpet in rooms seemed old and very dirty. Staff never said anything when we walked by and if we called from the room, they never answered. They don’t know what customer service is and were just there for a check. They didn’t care at all about their guests and couldn’t even look up from their desks to say hi or welcome in or anything. Very bad customer service because there was none at all.

Ok for the price, but just ok
Pros:

Easy to park outside, complimentary coffee in the morning, you don’t have to wait for the lift upstairs, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was quite small for two people, there also wasn’t a freezer compartment in the fridge which made it difficult for us as we use a cooler daily for baby milk. The ice machine also wasn’t working and the complimentary coffee machine had run out of coffee and hadn’t been topped up.
