Satisfaction, déception, satisfaction puis à nouveau déception.
Pros:

Deuxième visite dans cet hôtel, pour un séjour bien plus long.
Les installations sont en très bon état et bien entretenues.
L'hôtel est bien situé, idéal pour explorer le nord de Los Angeles.
Commerces, station-service et banque, à deux pas de l'hôtel.
A 10 minutes en voiture, il y a le park de Wildwood.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur.
Une réorganisation a eu lieu dans cet hôtel, le restaurant servant habituellement le petit-déjeuner n'est plus la propriété du Palm Garden. Libre à vous de définir votre stratégie, mais en limitant l'impact pour les clients (normalement).
En conséquence, pour le petit-déjeuner, nous avons eu le droit à un coupon pour le snack Mikey's, qui se situe de l'autre côté du parking. Le choix est très limité (une suggestion par convive) et il y a presque pas de denrées sucrées, côté boisson que du café (et les enfants dans tout ça !!!) et surtout un service froid et impersonnel (dans un hôtel, il est fréquent d'avoir des touristes étrangers et encore plus fréquent d’accueillir des familles). Bref, à travailler rapidement.

Dernier point, l'isolation de la porte extérieure nécessite quelques travaux et quelques dollars (pas grand chose pour réduire grandement le bruit des voitures).

Gutes Hotel zu fairem Preis
Pros:

Gutes Hotel für 1-2 Nächte im Thousand Oaks. Betten waren bequem und Innenhof schön angelegt.

Cons:

Etwas laut durch den Verkehr von dem direkt vorbeiführenden Straßen. Gym ist klein und kein Desinfektionsmittel.

Cleaning staff superb job. Security guy did good job with our door lock. Room spacious and comfortable. Gym room ok. Breakfast restaurant good.

Cons:

Front desk staff very poor at their jobs. Need better bath towels.

Pros:

The actual facility in courtyard and pool are nice

Cons:

The rooms are sticky and extremely humid. The freeway noise is a lot, especially if you’re placed in the back of the building the super young girls at the front counter were a bit snooty and really didn’t provide information without being asked. And the breakfast situation walking across the parking lot super inconvenient. If you’re a guest staying with your dog, it’s even worse. They will not let you take food to go so really doesn’t leave you much of an option.

Every time more disappointing
Pros:

I don’t think there is anything that I still like at this hotel.

Cons:

BREAKFAST - after 4 years that we’ve been coming to this hotel, I finally decided this was the last time. We’ve been waiting for a change, having a decent breakfast one day, but I believe that is never going to change. The cleaning staff used to do their job better. Now, besides that they empty the garbage, changing the towels and making the bed, doesn’t seem that they do anything else.

This was a great get-away property that is close to many conveniences.
Pros:

Pool was very nice! Fresh towels. Room was clean - liked the mattress, pillows, and sheets quality.

Cons:

Suggestions: 1) Door handle to enter pool area was a little tricky with the pass card. 2)There is some rebar sticking through the surface of the plaster in the shallow end of the pool that should be shaved down and patched. 3) Tissues in bathroom are like sandpaper! 4) Breakfast should include a choice of coffee/tea or small juice/milk. (The only choice included in the hotel voucher was coffee.)

NIce hotel but needs a little updating.
Pros:

The hotel grounds are very pretty. The room was clean and a good size. I appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

The bed mattresses and pillow need to be changed. The bed was not comfortable.

Everything really perfect
Pros:

Beautiful, very comfortable room. Georgeous heated pool, with extended opening hours for early morning swim. Extremely kind, helpful and efficient staff. And to top if off a great breakfast in nearby diner.

Heerlijk hotel waar je prima meerdere dagen kan verblijven
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel met een fantastisch zwembad. We hebben hier heerlijk geslapen en wat een mooie kamer hadden wij. We vonden de douche heerlijk, groot en erg mooi. Het ontbijt vonden wij heel goed, het wordt niet in het hotel gedaan, maar we hebben heerlijk ontbijt gehad daar. We vonden het jammer dat we maar 1 nacht hebben geboekt hier.
