Nothing, the front desk and manager were horrible and rude

Cons:

Completely avoid this place. My father-in-law was the named guest on a fully prepaid room. I called Holiday Inn’s customer line ahead and confirmed my card could cover the $100 deposit and that late check-in was allowed. Told yes to both. I’ve done this at other hotels the same way with no issues. This location flatly refused.

He arrived around 11 PM after a long travel day. I was on the phone with the receptionist and manager, as the cardholder, and they still refused my card and suggested we send $100 to his Apple Card. He doesn’t speak fluent English, and there was confusion about whether he could use his own card. He eventually could, but only after a long, unnecessary hassle.

Once he was in his room, I called Booking.com to file a complaint. I’d offered to call them earlier to resolve it, and the manager told me to go ahead, saying they’d refuse Booking.com too. To top it off, while I was on that call, the hotel called me, then denied it when I called back.

I called ahead specifically to avoid this and still got refused near 1 AM my time. Other hotels honored the same arrangement without issue.
