10年前から好きなホテルだったのに、知名度の割に質が落ちてサービスが悪くなった。

綺麗に掃除されていて。リクエストをお願いしたことをチェックインで対応してくれたこと

Cons:

24時間の国際空港の近くに立地しているのに、レストランは早く閉店すること、ルームサービスがないので食事に困った。コンシェルジュがいるわけでもないのに、従業員に近隣のレストラン情報を聞いても、知らないとアドバイスをもらえなく顧客が困っているにもかかわらず対応ができていなかったことが残念だった。

Perfect for overnight stay if you are in between flights and need location close to airport.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Airport shuttle runs every half hour or so.

The bed was comfortable. I believe Manager was nice and helpful.

The shower floor felt bubbly. Asked for towels from housekeeping, never got them.
