Guest Reviews
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Exceptional convenience and location. Property and rooms are very well maintained. All around best value for all that you get with your stay.
No complaints
Cleanliness and large room
The other elevator was slow and the elevator light direction was not working
This is our second stay at this hotel to visit my aunt nearby at the end of a 3 week road trip. Big hotel with plenty of parking in a busy location. Big room overlooking the nice pool area. We were only here for 1 night so didn't really use any facilities but it looked like there was pretty much everything. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Very comfortable stay.
Air con and fan in bathroom a bit noisy.
Location
The shower had dark hair in when we arrived. The towels didn’t smell fresh.
The beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was in the back and had its own entrance which was very helpful after getting back to room late.
Having enough towels in the room for the amount of people that reserved the room
Location
Need a little more handicap stalls.
The property was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful entrance and lobby and a very kind and attentive staff. We were helped by the sweetest concierge Nike she was awesome
Nothing to complain about. My stay was exceptional :D
Cleanliness of the room.
Waited to long for check-in.
Clean hotel and great amenities. The pool was fun for the kids! Location is very convenient and many places were accessible by walking. We went to Ventana Grill and our waitress Tanya was amazing!! She was the highlight of our stay.
Nike made our check in very easy. The hotel is beautiful
This hotel is a favorite of mine. The location, service & and wonderful staff are unbeatable. I would like to thank Tommy at the Front Desk for acting so quickly to get me into a new room due to an unforseen change in my travel plans. Well done!
