It was absolutely disgusting.deceitful 8.3 booking rating, and mgr refused to acknowledge conditions
Pros:

Nothing. The whole weekend was spent addressing amenities that were broken or in disrepair both in the room and hotel.

Cons:

Dirty , dingy, bad-smelling room ( smelled like a greasy diner) - I had to provide a room deodorizer because hotel would not provide something to alleviate the bad odor.
Bad smelling linens - they smelled dingy and dirty like not enough soap was used to launder them
Dirty carpets fill of stains , not properly cleaned or vacuumed. Found a like wedge on the carpet upon entry and I had to request the room be cleaned and deodorized by housekeeping - they did or offered nothing for the bad odor.
Broken interior to fridge wall. Broken shower , shower head with no pressure for overhead fixture , only wand with substandard pressure.
Broken spa jets with almost no pressure and poor lukewarm temperature.

A cockroach climbed into my bed but a security came to remove it and also checked the room for other bugs.

Not worth it, at all.
Pros:

Room smells stale. Staff slow and not on top of it. Breakfast not included even though I booked with it. WiFi slow. Jets in the hot tub don’t work well.

Pros:

The air conditioning in the room and the gym was adequate. The gym could benefit from a pulley machine to further enhance workout for guests.

Cons:

$30 parking per night, with signs that say they are not responsible for loss or break-ins to my vehicle . Most places I have paid for parking in the past have had security ensuring no one would be prowling around vehicles. Also, for breakfast, when I have 4 guests in my room and I pay for breakfast to be included, I believe the breakfast should be covered for all guests not just half of them. Mold in the bathroom was also a dislike.

Top Notch
Pros:

The staff here was very welcoming. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. The rooms are spacious and clean. Alexander from the front desks and Jose at the Tavern helped my daughter's wedding entourage feel very welcomed and at home.

The Staff is the Best!
Pros:

Crowne Plaza OC is a nice hotel and the big reason for my 5 star rating is the people/staff. All are very friendly and always greets guests plus treated us with the extra touch. The breakfast staff always checks and asks what else is needed to have a good meal experience and we truly appreciated that. Alexander at the front desk is the best. Professional and Super friendly with a personal touch. He made sure my wife was taken cared of and treated her nicely during a difficult time evacuating from a conflict zone. He made her feel at home as best as he could, which is more than I expect or can ask for.
Thank you so much for everything and I highly recommend this Crowne Plaza OC and especially the awesome staff.

Customer service needs a tune up.
Pros:

Upon departing I had left an item in the room. I called the hotel directly and spike with the front desk. They said they would call me back with news of the item. They didn't and i called back for information later that day. They then said that the head of housekeeping was the last to enter the room. They had left for the day and would be spoken with the following day. That was 4 days ago and no response.

The hotel room was nice. Tye show needs major maintenance. It was a roll in shower.

I own short term rentals and follow up immediately. If i have a reason Incan not I let them know when I’ll be getting back to the guest and why.

A show with cracks and old paneling should not happen. Maybe their standard showers are different. This was a handicapped shower.
