How friendly the staff were and explaining business hours.
No comment
WiFi service was intermittent. When I inquired, staff said that server consolidation was in progress. This had a significant impact on my business. I asked to speak with management several times & no one would speak to me directly. Very disappointed with management's response.
Most of the staff was friendly and helptul. The people working the coffee station or cafe in the morning were very nice and helpful too.
One staff member was not helpful on day 1. It was a gentleman at check in. He was more helpful with questions on day 2.

Very clean room, pleasant front desk staff, good breakfast with great waitress.

The electronic key system was down so we were not able to leave our room. Elevators were broke down, had to carry luggage in and out via stairs. Room was not the one we asked for and bathroom was dirty. Parking out front didnt warn of sprinklers spraying car as it did and spotted my vehicle very bad.

We had to be escorted by staff into our rooms waiting times up to ten minutes before a staff member could get us to our room and only one elevator worked complete mess at this hotel

There could be more food varieties for breakfast.
We like having a room on the ground floor with an exit immediately out to the parking area. The pool and exercise room would very nice. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were there a Sunday thru Tuesday and there was not much traffic there.
At this time there was no ice machine on the first floor due to renovation of that area. I have to get ice from the Bar/Restaurant. A little inconvenient but not a deal breaker.
