Villas 1000% recomendables
Pros:

La villa es grande y cómoda, la pasamos genial con la familia, la disfrutamos mucho!

Cons:

En las villa hay una alberca con un bar, me hubiera gustado que estuviera abierto, sin embargo un mesero nos llevaba los alimentos y bebidas de la alberca del hotel

La alberca privada excelente Mirage el personal que atiende ahí muy muy amable

Las albercas están muy sucias pero es por que la gente se mete con ropa que no es para nadar con chanclas adentro de la alberca meten arena no se enjuagan bien en las regaderas qué están disponibles en la playa

No hay colchoneta en los camastros
Pros:

Las habitaciones son excelentes, cumplen con lo que ofrecen, los elevadores son rápidos y suficientes, Las areas de albercas son bonitas

Cons:

Los camastros tanto de albercas como de la playa no tienen la colchoneta y resultan muy incómodos sin ella, el buffet tiene precios altos no vale la pena, lastima que los camastros del hotel quedan atrás de los camastros que rentan en la playa, no se ve el mar

Excelente ubicación justo en la playa.
Pros:

Ubicación genial en la playa. Vista hermosa de la bahía. La playa está limpia y se tienen suficientes camastros en playa y alberca. La alberca muy animada con juegos para los huéspedes y buena temperatura.

Cons:

El depósito por toallas que se pide al llegar. No nos pusieron pulsera al inicio, lo que hizo que el personal de vigilancia nos regresara como si fuéramos personas que no estábamos alojadas. La primera habitación asignada olía muy mal a caño. Lo bueno es que nos cambiaron rápidamente.

Not worth the money, two stars, no more

The attention of all the personal was great.
The room was cleaned correctly

Cons:

Old rooms, old facilities in general not very well taken care of. The bathroom smelled like a sewer
The food was bland in general.
At night we couldn’t sleep because of the music in front of the lobby.
