Bay view Balcony Rocked!
Pros:

The location was excellent !! We explored all on foot. No Ubers either, and found the best and oldest and musical (live) dive bar in the City.
Loved the PILLOWS! and bed. Balcony over bay was the cherry on top. And the Bellman made us feel like family.

Cons:

Renovation underway was not too bad. But looking forward to experiencing the final touches made.

A $160 room located near the elevator lobby, where the elevator noise makes it impossible to sleep, and the ordering page has no indication at all.

Friendly, helpful staff from reception to cleaning staff - good value for money
Pros:

From the moment we arrived and were allowed to check in early with friendly staff, to the moment we left having had cleaning staff who were friendly, efficient (they would service the unit well ahead of the afternoon so we returned to neat rooms after a day of sightseeing - this hotel is superb.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations so it was a bit messy getting to the main entrance.

Alright,but we'll pick something else next time
Pros:

The hotel is right in the middle of all the hustle bustle,on the edge of China town and close to everything you need: great food, embarcadero,the Wharf etc. Staff was great,and stay was easy

Cons:

There is major construction all around hotel ,and you're just in the middle of it. The hotel itself is pretty basic

From the time we checked in and checked out everything was perfect for us.
Pros:

The room was enough for us to move around in. Location was nice and not far from the City Hall where the wedding was. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious for two people.

Cons:

Nothing I can complain about in the room.

フェリー乗り場に近く、サウサリートへ行く時に便利。中華街が近く、朝から中華粥を食べにいけたり、夜ご飯に中華料理を食べることができた。

Cons:

Temperature of the water, cold water turns very hot...hot water stays hot of course. When showering, u can hear the pipes (scary).

No microwave!!!!
Shower was shooting out water from the top.
Restroom sliding door was broken, my best friend had to put it back together.
Thin walls!!!
Vallet is 75$ and can't even take ur car in and out.

Only free coffee no breakfast was available, since we paid 300$ for one nite.

Pros:

Location was great, did not try breakfast

Cons:

Could not self park in parking garage it was valet only & was closed when I returned to hotel later that evening which is frustrating considering they charge a fee for parking daily yet not promised a parking spot . Also no lock on bathroom door
