Disappointing hotel, would avoid and stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Decent location, reasonable room size, very clean.

Cons:

Hotel dated and slow elevators. Rooms could do with a freshen up. Breakfast was awful, you get a voucher for a restaurant in the hotel, not a good selection and rubbish for coeliacs.

Reception staff seemed aloof, the manager was friendly, he seemed to be doing all of the work.

Nous avions pris petit déjeuner inclus.
En fait c'est un voucher de 50$ par chambre pour le restaurant de l'hôtel. Comme nous étions une chambre de 4, cette somme ne suffisait pas à petit déjeuner...

Es wird beim Buchen ein Frühstück als inkludiert angegeben - das entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Für einen 50 usd Voucher kann man im überteuerten Restaurant 2 Scheiben Toast und 1 Portion Spiegelei bestellen und zahlt noch drauf 🙄

The location was fine as it was within a reasonable walking distance from a number of sights.

Cons:

The hotel was very soulless and uncomfortable. The breakfast options in Abacá restaurant were expensive and limited.
The room was hot and stuffy with ineffective aircon
Overall, it did not represent good value for money.

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, situé à quelques minutes à pied de la Pier 39 et proche également du Golden Gate Bridge à vélo. Il est tout à fait possible de se balader à pied autour de l’hôtel, le bord de mer est animé le soir. L’hôtel reste bien silencieux.

Cons:

Il manque un peu d’équipements, notamment de quoi faire un café ou un thé directement dans la chambre. Les prix des petits déjeuners étaient très élevés, nous avons préféré prendre quelque chose à l’extérieur.

The location, the bar, the concierge and the room were all fantastic thanks

Cons:

Isn’t a big thing but please go back to just putting coffee machines in rooms. Us Europeans need coffee in the morning. Just not sure why you’ve removed them from your hotels?

Very nice time
Pros:

Restaurant was great. Location is good. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room and the morning coffee in the lobby was only available until 9 am. 10 am would have been nice for those of us on vacation.
