Convenience location We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was hard to beat—super convenient and close to lots of great restaurants, so we never had to go far to find something good to eat.

We booked a king room with a city view. Although we only got a small glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge, it was still a pleasant surprise and made the upgrade feel worthwhile.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, the check-in experience left a very negative impression.

The receptionist assumed I wasn't an IHG One Rewards member simply because I booked through Booking.com. Without asking whether I already had an existing membership, she proceeded to create a brand-new account in my name. I've stayed at numerous IHG hotels around the world, and every other property has always asked if I was already a member before enrolling me.

The whole interaction felt deceptive. Instead of confirming my membership status, the receptionist made an assumption and signed me up for a duplicate account without my knowledge or consent. It honestly felt like I was tricked into opening another account just to meet a sign-up target. This is not the level of service I expect from IHG, and it's the first time I've had an experience like this at any of their hotels.

Good value, great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location. It was clean and comfy enough, especially for the price. The pool on the balcony is an amazing space. It was easy to get a Waymo or cab to head out for city adventures.

Cons:

Luckily, we selected the room price that included parking. Otherwise, it was about $50 a night. Breakfast costs $33 per person, so we skipped that.

сомневались сильно в этом отеле, когда смотрели варианты бронирования в Сан-Франциско, так ак была невысокая оценка тут.Напрасно сомневались.Отличный отель.По количеству экипажей стюардесс и пилотов могу точно рекомендовать.Бездомных рядом с отелем нет.Рядом продуктовые магазины, паркинг городской многоуровневый 38 долларов недалеко от отеля.Отличные шикарные завтраки.Если сомневатесь с завтраком или нет-точно берите с завтраком.Просите высокий этаж-вид потрясающий на весь город. Отель на пригорке находится.Если цена вас устраивает, то это твердая 10.на 6 этаже есть бассейн, тренажерка, есть две стиральных машины и две сушильных.Внизу в лобби есть что купить перекусить или выпить.

Cons:

не открываются окна и стоит иметь ввиду, что отель неновый, на гране в плане восприятия новизны отеля.

One minor issue was that the refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling properly, so it didn't keep drinks and food as cold as expected. Aside from that, my stay was comfortable, and I enjoyed the overall experience.
