Notre séjour a été très décevant.
Pros:

Honnêtement, j’ai eu du mal à trouver un véritable point positif à cet hôtel !
Peut-être la localisation qui n’était pas si mal, et peut-être la salle de sport, avec un matériel assez satisfaisant, et la piscine si jamais le temps l’avait permis.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié la vétusté des chambres. La nôtre était vraiment d’une autre époque !
La climatisation faisait un boucan, impossible de la mettre en fonction la nuit.
La salle de bain était spacieuse, mais tellement vieille ! Et tomber là-dessus alors que la mention «newly renovated » apparaît dans le nom de l’hôtel est terriblement frustrant et mensonger.

Good if you can get a good room

Rooms were newly refurbished and the hotel felt bright and clean

Cons:

I booked a premier room with city view. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on a ‘city view’ which the photos on Bookkng.Com seem to suggest are overlooking the Bay. When I queried why we had no view I was told ‘city view’ meant it was elevated.
Also our room was adjacent to the lift. In fact it wrapped around the lift and the noise was awful, it was the worse night’s sleep in a hotel. They really shouldn’t put a room there and charge people to stay in it.

Alot to pay for an uncomfortable stay
Cons:

Bad lighting, room next to elevator so every time the elevator went up and down made the room noise, cabnitdoor to the refrigerator falling off.

Modernes,komfortabel eingerichtetes Hotel.Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf dem 24.Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf San Francisco.Sehr freundliches Personal,besonders im Restaurantbereich.Ein sehr ausgiebiges,abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet ohne Plastikgeschirr.Es gab sogar Körnerbrot beim Frühstück.Poolbereich war klein,aber stilvoll auf dem Rooftop 6.Stock
