Starting off they changed my room that I booked that didn't accommodate us, without making me aware, and did not change the price. I paid the same amount. I slept in my car so that my other guest could sleep in the 2 queen beds. We couldn't relax in the hot tub because it was full of little children the entire time till the pool area closed. The room was hot and humid and the thermostat was set at 68 degrees cool. Waited for someone to come and assist, nobody came. The guy at the front desk offered us a cot, I didn't pay to sleep on a cot, on the floor or in my car. Then a kid that was above us ran through the room till about 1am! Which is when i went to my car.
This was my first time visiting Minnesota. It was so bad we checked out at 8:30am

Probably wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

It was close to Mall of America. Staff were nice. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Our room had a filthy air vent in bathroom that didn’t work nor did the light over the shower it flickered if turned switch on. The handle on shower was loose and had to figure out how to swing it to get temp right. Reported to front desk. The pullout couch mattress was like sleeping on springs for my Daughter. The hot tub was broken the first night but they fixed the second night.

Pros:

The pool was very nice despite it needing to be cleaned it tasted like salt water the staff were very nice friendly and very respectful and helpful parking was great great location near mall and the local Walmart both of my rooms were clean and housekeeping staff came even when I didn’t ask the front desk staff upon arrival were very helpful and the check out front desk staff Yussuf was very helpful even helped my mom with her bags

Cons:

The pool needed to clean the water taste like salt also the fitness should have been advertised as under construction there should be a way to purchase coins for the laundry and a way to purchase laundry supplies at the facility

Great Value For a Family Vacation
Pros:

We had a great stay. The staff was nice and my son really enjoyed the splash pad. We didn’t have any problems using the hotel amenities and the location to the mall was great.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable.

If the that the property was close to the entertainment we was here for (Mall of America)

Not a fan of having to pay for parking if you are staying at this hotel, our room wasn’t the cleanest what so ever, the hotel seemed hot the whole time causing consolation on everything, the pool was extremely crowded & the water smelled off (not sure how to explain it) so we was in and out of that, the hot tub was down for maintenance (which is fine but would have been nice to know earlier) not a big fan of the fact there are rooms all around the pool so weirdos can watch and or video tape you (and there was which made me very uncomfortable another reason we left the area) and if you want a soda from a vending machine it’s 5 dollars per soda so definitely bring your own drinks. Breakfast was mediocre but what can you really expect from a hotel breakfast.
