Awesome!
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable bed, close to downtown, amazing breakfast set up. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Overall, it is a nice place to stay, I wouldn’t mind staying again.
Pros:

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Paying $45 a night for parking, the windows were in desperate need of cleaning, the walls and windows were thin. We could hear conversations in the hallway loud and clear and from the 6th floor we could hear music blasting from the cars passing below, word for word.

Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

There was no room service provided, when asked for an extra blanket was told to collect from reception and regarding any other query also was told to collect it from reception which completely didnt meet my expectations.

I have travelled many countries and been to the best hotels aswell but never got such a service.

Really not satisfied with the service being provided.

Even the sofa bed was not so good and didnt really provide a pleasant sleep.

Pros:

Right across the street from convention center for the Wekfest car show my son's and I were there for.
Parking garage is s a few and secure. Even fit my longbed diesel truck. Room was good, view of the street on the 4th floor. It had 2 beds and a couch. Plenty of plugs and even a white noise machine along with the clock.

Pros:

The location was convenient for visiting downtown San Jose, and checkin was straightforward.

Cons:

The sound insulation was extremely poor. I could clearly hear toilets flushing and noise from other rooms, which was very disturbing. On top of that, the hotel is directly under a flight path, with planes passing overhead every few minutes. The constant aircraft noise made it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I barely slept during my stay because of the combination of indoor noise and airplane traffic.
