They hosted a convention
Firstly they charge $45 per night for parking which I dealt with but then they charged my card an additional $365! AFTER checking out. I contacted them 3 times and no response.
Quiet, nice decor, comfortable bed

Excellent location ! Close to San Jose down town snd right across the sweet to San Jose center of performing art. The room is nice and with a tv and sofa, like a small living room. The bed is super comfortable. I also like the breakfast bar.
It’s so hard to find the entrance of the hotel ! They should really make the sign more obvious. It’s in a very small lane, so easy to miss ! There no restaurant in the hotel, Theres a small bar with food service but very limited item and hours. Theres no swimming pool, but Theres a gym that’s 24 hours.
