The staff friendliness and overall cleanliness of the hotel made my stay worth the value.
Pros:

The hotel breakfast location Mooroom was very convenient and was a good value. Restaurant service was good and I really like the quality of serving dishes, mugs, glasses, and utensils.

Cons:

Twice there was not enough server staff in the Aquaroom. The one server for the whole room was too much at lunch time for one server.

The room service staff was great!

Cons:

We got to the hotel and the entrance was blocked due to a music festival in the entire parking lot. No signage, had to call the hotel and park in a public garage that was dirty, elevator broken.

I asked for a quiet room away from the festival, and the agent said yes, you will be facing away from the festival. Nope, facing directly at it, and it was SO LOUD. Luckily it was all shut down by 9-9:30. But we felt trapped in our room with the ocean peek view patio un-useable.

Petit déjeuner inclus sur le papier, dans la réalité choix limité dans une carte. Nécessité d'aller chercher un bon à l'accueil
. La personne à l'accueil n'était pas informée du petit déjeuner inclus. J'ai dû lui montrer le contenu de l'appli Booking, avec une remarque sur le fait que c'était en français !!
SURTOUT : BRUIT INFERNAL DE LA ROUTE : vitrage simple et fenêtres fermant mal.
Je déconseille vivement.

The Location very clean and modern walking distance to downtown, the restaurant next door and the walk along the beach
This is one of my favorite spots. We live in arroyo grande by Pismo but I like it here better.
