Great location, good breakfast
Pros:

The location is great, easy to reach from both the tram station (5 min walk) and train station (25 min walk). The cathedral and main attraction are also very easily accessible on foot. I didn't get to visit the spa or the pool but I'm looking forward to it next time. The room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast was great with standard options.

Cons:

Not much to tell here. For me the bed was on the softer side and I prefer it to be firmer. The toilet had a weird window in the wall to the room which would be really weird and uncomfortable if I wasn't alone in the room.

Frühstücksbuffet gut und ausreichend, Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich
Schokoladenmuseum und Rhein waren gleich ums Eck und U-Bahn war in ~ 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar

Suurepärane majutus linnas.
Pros:

Hotelli asukoht oli super. Kõikjale jõudis jalutada. Hotell oli vaikne. Voodi oli väga mõnus ja mugav. Eriti hea, et kohe oli kaks patja. Soovitan seda kohta paaridele:)

Cons:

Mulle eriti ei meeldi, et pean ise end sisse registreerima( pidin kõike tõlkima läbi telefoni) - aga see osa on maitse asi:) Lisasks oli minu jaoks väga ebamugav, et toas oli pesemisvõimalus kaardina taga. Kuna ma reisisin oma täiskasvanud pojaga siis see polnud ok. Tõstsin lapse selleks ajaks koridori, et oleks mugavam pesus käia.

Perfunctory and a little low on charm
Pros:

Convenient location and quiet rooms. An indoor pool to cool off in late in the day. A lounge area you could make calls in. A sort of hostel vine downstairs.

Cons:

The check in is semi self managed with someone to assist if you can't work out the terminals. This is always a bane to me, as I like having some service so you can establish what the stay is going to be like. The next morning I was in the lounge area on the phone and asked to use the Nespresso machine. The staff response was unfriendly - bordering on surly and this, sadly, remained my overarching impression of the place. No one was interested in hospitality. I had selected this hotel because of the pool and gym. No gym equipment was actually functional. Don't advertise it if you can't maintain it. This place is really a bed and a shower.

Walking distance to city centre and Messe area, right next to the Rhine. Comfortable superior room and beds (also with ironing board), coffee/tea making. Swimming pool (slightly chilly!) and sauna (minor extra cost). Good breakfast. Free sparkling water to take in large bottles back to your room. Mini-market selling snacks, drinks, essential toiletries.

Cons:

I did find the breakfast cost (€25) quite expensive but it was comprehensive. I wouldn’t like to share a room with e.g. a colleague as the bathroom had frosted glass door without a lock, and a curtain inside for privacy. Was fine with family though.

Ho scelto la camera economy, e l’ho trovata sorprendentemente molto spaziosa e accogliente

Cons:

Self check-in. Nonostante ci fosse una persona presente, l’opzione self check-in toglie il contatto umano essenziale per chi viaggia per lavoro, spesso da solo e l’interazione con una/un receptionist è qualcosa che può cambiare la giornata anche solo con un sorriso o per spiegare i servizi forniti dalla struttura.
