The staff were friendly and I loved the buffet breakfast

The buffet breakfast was amazing and I loved how the bed and lounge/fold out bed were seperated with a part wall

I would have preferred something closer to the shops and water but it was still only a 15 minute walk

Great location, nice room and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, good room size, good breakfast, nice staff.

Cons:

The mattress for the sofa bed was too soft and the springs were squeaking every time my daughter moved in the bed.
There was only one relatively soft/small pillow per person, which was insufficient.
The bathroom was very small and looked cheap. There was also no fan available.
We used the coffee machine and cups during our first night. We were surprised to see that new cups were not provided during the room cleaning and that the dirty cups were still in the kitchen.
However, overall our stay was good and with a few minor improvements, we would have no issues coming back in the future.

OK hotel in center of Oslo
Pros:

They served delicious breakfast. Reception staff is excellent, which I cannot say for cleaners.

Cons:

Room has kitchenett, but there was no washing detergent or sponge to wash the dishes. It also lacked of kitchenware (spoons, forks, etc.).
Room hasn't been cleaned for few days. Even though we asked for shower gel (which we ran out), they didn't put it in the shower that day.
