Amazing staff and stay at Double Tree
Pros:

Adrian at the front desk made our stay great right away before we even checked in. His kindness gave me confidence that we chose the right hotel . Every staff member we interacted with was always helpful and greeted us with a smile. The decor looked great Front desk fresh baked cookies were very tasty. Really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The elevators broke down and we were on the fourth floor . Waffles for a breakfast option would have been great but overall nice hotel.

Meh should be better for the price

Location and parking

Cons:

TV remote was first missing then found on floor under TV table by wall. It never worked right even after changing batteries. Makeup mirror light did not work correctly and had a huge crack in it.
Worst was the AC heat system. Either freezing or hot and it did not regulate itself.

Pros:

What I enjoyed about the property was the conveniency of everything had good spots close to where I needed to go and the area in general

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was our shower water did not get cold for 20 minutes. We were forced to take a cold shower and even after continuously calling the front desk with no answer. We just took the cold shower.

Disappointing! Cleaning of the room and the premises overall was poor. I noticed the same dirty spots in the bathroom for a number of days, so obviously no one cleaned it. At some point there was a huge heap of trash bags and dirty towels in the corridor leading to my room. The heater/air cons in the room was extremely loud, but if switched off the room got extremely cold very quickly and there were no extra blanket provided. Breakfast was poor quality compare to other Double Tree hotels. The coffee and creamer in the room was not regularly replenished. Overall facilities are run down. I stayed in Double Tree hotels before and usually it is a good brand, but this particular hotel is a disgrace

Pros:

The morning staff young lady told us about a breakfast spot that wasn't too far away since we missed breakfast. The price was right, and the food was delicious.

Cons:

When we checked in, we didn't get our cookies until the next day, when my sister checked in with the same guy from the night before.
