First of all I am staying alone at a double room(not single room) and this is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen! I chose a double room although I am staying alone and I can not imagine how 2 people can stay in such a small room, this is extremely small even for 1 person!
2- All the hotel rooms I stayed in the last 10-15 years have towel slippers in the room so I do not take my slippers with me to wear in the room. They do not have it and when I asked for it at the reception, the answer was we have it only for business rooms!
3-The room is cold and the radiator is not working. Their solution is to bring an extra heater as if the room is not already too small.
I can not regret more booking this hotel and I am surprised how the ratings can be so high!

La ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren y autobus. El desayuno muy bueno, tenian de todo lo que me gustaba. La habitación no era muy grande pero ideal para pasar una noche.

Na rozdiel od 4* Thon Bergen - krajsie izby, lepsie ranajky
Camera accogliente e silenziosissima, letto molto comodo. Posizione non nella parte migliore di Oslo ma per noi comoda in quanto vicino alla stazione dei treni. La colazione è stata veramente da 10 e lode per varietà e qualità, veramente abbondante e strepitosa.
L'unica neo: il bagno piuttosto piccolo, mio marito che è alto ci stava a malapena..

Construction work nearby made it noisy but earplugs had been provided and left in the bathroom.
Great hotel in centrum Oslo incl great breakfast! Though can be quite noisy in the night on the streetside.
