Toilett was NOT cleaned !!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and other facilities were clean. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Breakfast area was big enough to accommodate a lot of guests having breakfast at the same time, the variety of offered food was perfect. Also I appreciate complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby and the lounge around the clock. The proximity to bus and train station (with direct connection to the airport) is another added value.
The surrounding area can be a bit noisy, but that is not hotel's fault.

Sängarna var i smalaste laget i de rummet vi valde.
Sen hade vi önskat att det var lite svalare på rummet.
原本以為只是另外一家高價的北歐經濟型旅館，結果整體比想像的要好。床很大、地點很好，我要求要安靜房間，結果真的很安靜
行李箱不能全開，但這影響不大。不太確定房間有沒有冷氣，有時會悶。
Bra rum. Jättefin frukost. Bra läge centralt i Oslo. Synd att ni inte kan hjälpa till med Oslo-pass. Allt ska fixas via nätet vilket inte är helt lätt för oss seniorer.
Duschhandtaget passade inte så man fick hålla handtaget om man inte slog om till takduschen. Lite stökigt utanför nattetid men det var ju fotboll !
Badet på rom nr528 burde absolutt bli oppgradert .
The luggage storage room was great and really helped me out with the logistics of my trip. The breakfast was excellent and there was a great air conditioned gym on the top floor.
My room was so very hot. I did open the windows on the roof but I almost burned my hand they were so hot. I had to use a towel just to pull them open, and once they were open there was barely any relief. The street noise was so loud and there was construction during the day and party noise at night. There was no a/c and the only thing that did help was a little fan and my noise cancelling headphones were essential for sleeping. Of course it was light all night so a night mask would have also helped.
Breakfast was great.
We felt it was located in a rough area. Price was very high as it was Oslo Pride 2026.

De som jobbet var veldig hyggelige og var ikke noe problem å spørre dem om, og bygget lå ganske sentrert så var mye man kunne gjøre. Rommet var ganske fint og stort
Kunne vært bedre lufting på rommet siden det ble fort ganske varmt der. Hjalp litt å åpne vinduene, men fikk da all støyen utenfra inn til oss. Ikke noe annet å påpeke
Conveniently located for the congress centre and walking distance from the central station, with tram stops to hand. Generally fine, nice/helpful staff, good breakfast, but a bit of street noise at night - there are bars immediately outside. Faintly dodgy area; no trouble but the odd person shooting up in the street, or lying passed out with the needles still in them. Rooms seem variable. First I was offered was very hot in the attic with no headroom over the bed, and only a skylight. But luckily they were able to swap me to a nice high ceiling normal room at the same price. For some reason I had real trouble locking the room when I left each time - not sure if it was me or the lock…
We chose this hotel beacuase of the location. But really everything was perfect. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. And the best thing, the breakfast is amazing. So many options, all great. And there was enough place for the people to move around getting their food.

Det var kaffemaskin på rommet.
Aircondition.
Det var stor dusj med vanlig dusjhode og ett stort med vannfall.
Når vi sjekket inn så hadde vi først vanlig standard rom i 2 etasje, men aircondition fungerte ikke så det var 25,1 på rommet, pluss at det var ingen lyd som fungerte på TV-en. så jeg sa ifra og vi ble oppgradert til 5 etasje uten problemer.
De ansatte er så hjelpsomme og så hyggelige!
Frokosten er også nydelig og det er masse utvalg.
Det ligger 5 minutter fra Oslo s. Lett og finne frem.
Jeg syns det var veldig dyrt i resepsjonen for snacks og drikke. Jeg forventet også at det skulle være mer utvalg siden det er Thon hotel.
En solo kostet 67.
Det er god hyggelig resepsjonen og ærlighet å vise meg så VEA brannalarm app på mobil. Det er så deilig på seng og sove godt på natt. Det er jeg håper at det blir god frokost.❤️😄👍
