Great location, near many restaurants, right next to convention center.

The proximity to the venue was great. It is close to some good restaurants.
If I pay almost three hundred dollars a night for a hotel, I expect the place to be spotless. This hotel is gross and needs to be updated. The A/C did not work in the first room I was given. I always check for bedbugs by pulling back mattress pad. When I checked at this location, there was a fitted sheet and mattress pad, but no mattress protector, and the mattress had stains all over it. It was disgusting. The carpet was filthy, the couch was stained, there was dust and dirt on the platform that held the mattress. They either had the A/C off in the lobby, or it wasn’t working. The bathroom was dirty. I will never stay at this property again. I expected a higher standard because this property is owned by Hilton. Wow was I wrong.
The lady at the front desk that did check in was amazing!! She asked if we needed bedding for the pull out bed and had housekeeping bring them to the room

The Staff was VERY VERY NICE!! The inside was Beautiful!! This was My Husband && My first time staying here!! Not to mention they had some kind of car show we got to see all the old school cars!

We have traveled extensively and never had a problem figuring out how to turn on the shower until now. They admitted it’s been a problem yet they have not created a way for visitors to know automatically . The bathroom was dirty, so what else was left undone? Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was close to our venue
The whole hotel was hot. They couldn’t fix my air (it stayed 74 degrees the entire stay!) and decided to bring me a box fan instead which only dropped it to 72 degrees! It was a nightmare for us menopausal women!

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the convention center, lots of food options in the area. Check in and out was very easy. Front desk staff were very nice, as well as helpful when we encountered an issue with our room. I want to thank them for finding a solution for us when we could not put our kids on the sleeper couch.
The sleeper couch in room 250 is falling apart. There is no way that anyone can sleep on that as the support for the mattress is non-existent.
The AC unit has to be repaired! I didn't get any sleep the night I spent there due to the obnoxiously loud rattling noise it makes when it kicks on. Management should spend the night in that room to see for themself.

I've stayed 3 times since early October, and I appreciate the cleanliness and freshness. Bathroom is tiny as you know what, good thing I don't spend a lot of time in there. Layout is pretty cool and it works. The breakfast attendants were amazing, such great service. First time since covid kaos that I've had such good service. Seems as though we're paying MUCH MUCH more for the same product as 7 or 8 years ago however. Front desk team seems out of uniform. Here's another by-product of covid kaos - it's hard to distinguish team members from guests at some hotels. Covid and those excuses are over folks. Lets bring back SERVICE and appearance. Thanks team Doubletree Collinsville.
inside of hotel was old looking. Meal at Harpers took forever. Elevators very slow.
