Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe des Schlosses war ideal um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß, mit der Metro, mit dem Bus oder mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

It was comfortable and nice place actually, except for that lady on the reception.
Pros:

City center. Easy location and very accessible.

Cons:

Not all the staff, but the front desk lady is not being helpful at all. I had trouble with the TV and talking about the problem. She kept on writing on the keyboard without hearing me out. I felt very disrespected. I understand if she couldn't helped me right away, but hey, listen please!!! it just shows how disconnected you are to the customer.

Bom hotel. Bom pequeno almoço. Boa localização .Limpeza de quarto má.
Pros:

Simpatia na receção. Bom tamanho do quarto. Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade. Localização central junto a zona verde. Café sempre disponível.

Cons:

Banheira sem qualquer proteção, a casa de banho fica toda molhada depois do duche! Pedimos limpeza diária, mas o chão do quarto nunca foi limpo! Estivemos 3 noites, desde a nossa chegada até ao último dia ficaram sempre coisas no chão!

Location was great and slept well. Very good breakfast buffet except very limited gluten free selection.

Jederzeit wieder gern in ein Thon-Hotel!
Pros:

Es liegt mitten in der City, in der Nähe Schlosses.
Es sind 4 Gehminuten zum Nationaltheater, wo auch ein Knotenpunkt für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist. Zum Stadthafen sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Von der Color-Line Fähre sind es 20-30 Gehminuten entfernt. Man braucht kein Auto!
In der Lobby steht rund um die Uhr gratis Tee, Kaffee und Wasser breit.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut! 👍🏼
Jederzeit wieder gern!

Cons:

Vielleicht ein Schrank oder eine Kommode für die Unterbringung der Sachen wäre gut - besonders bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt.
Wir hatten eine großzügige Suite zu dritt - Platz wäre genug gewesen.
