Very comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Plenty of room to eat indoors plus outdoor tables available.

Cons:

The maid came into our room without knocking at 11:00 am on the day we checked out. The Do Not Disturb sign was on the outside of the door. She ignored it. Our room keys quit working at 11:00 am. Check out time is 12 noon. It was very disturbing to have the intrusion of the maid and the inconvenience of the keys not working as we were packing and preparing to check out.

Pros:

I like the fact that breakfast is served everyday. I like the room layout and all of the features it comes with. Everything was great, I even stayed an extra day.

Cons:

There isn't anything I didn't like. I just didn't know there were rooms in the back of the building. Better signage could help with those that may need it.

Pros:

The location was great for what we needed and for a quick one night stay. I would have left (or asked to switch rooms) if our stay was extended. But the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the cleanliness was just lacking.

Cons:

There was a possible blood or wine stain on the bedroom floor that was still wet and it was clear the room was barely cleaned before we arrived. There were marks all over the couch as if someone with lotion laid across it and more red stains on the ceiling.

The place is beautiful and would definitely come again and recommend to anyone .
Pros:

The studio style apartment was excellent and clean . That we love . The breakfast sections were great also . The place is well secured with foot security and it makes you feel safe .

Cons:

Didn’t like house cleaning is every two days and was not given wash cloth to shower .

Great Location
Pros:

The breakfast was great, lots of food options and the area was very clean. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent, I didn't realize upon booking that it had a full kitchen!! It was like an apartment. Bed was clean and comfortable. Super location, close to CSULB which we needed, but also only a short walk to a few food options and short drive to target and retail stores. Nice and quiet.
