Great stay
Pros:

Always stay at this Courtyard at Yale and great experience every time. Especially enjoy the bar and snacks in the evening. The server Amanda is such a friendly and amazing server it makes me want go back each night

Pros:

An easy place to stay, friendly staff, everything very clean, free bottled water, easy access to Yale and the shops, good parking, ice available on each floor

Cons:

no glasses in the bedroom, and only paper mugs for tea/coffee.

Business Trip - great location and service
Pros:

Had a great stay at the Courtyard New Haven at Yale! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. One of the biggest highlights of the trip was Amanda at the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with her great personality and service. She truly stood out and made us feel welcome every night. Overall, an excellent experience and I would absolutely return again in the future. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The tiny bed pillows were very uncomfortable. For the price at least a continental breakfast should have been included. Not even a cup of coffee! Parking @ $25 per night is expensive especially when garage space is limited and guests must walk in the rain.

Convenient location with comfortable amenities!
Pros:

Easy parking, check in and out. Sound machine was great. Location was great for exploring Yale campus and a quick walk to many places to eat.

Not worth the money spent that’s for sure. The location is the only good thing.
Pros:

Excellent location that’s about it.

Cons:

Breakfast it’s a disaster, rude employee after bringing the wrong breakfast to the wrong table, her fault but she still was rude. The shower has mold all around the perimeter.
