They offer a shuttle but the shuttle is never on time. They lie over and over and say they’re almost there or coming and you wait 45 minutes to an hour

Very Convenient
Pros:

We had an early flight and did a stay, park and fly. Van was clean and the pick up was very prompt. The hotel is older, but maintained well and great staff is excellent. No free breakfast. Location is easy to get to and near excellent restaurants.

Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone!
Cons:

The hallways smelled like dog urine the front desk at night time not pleasant at all didn’t say hello or how can u help you i was greeted with what’s the last name! Very unprofessional and very hostile.

The only positive i can say is the rooms did look clean and the bed was comfortable, when i checked out in the morning the gentleman was very pleasant and nice.

Potential hidden parking fees!!
Pros:

Location is great, just down the road from the airport.
Room was clean and neat. Value was around the same that I'm used to paying for.
Noise level was minimal to none. I asked to be far away from any noise, due to the fact I had to catch a plane early in the morning.
I didn't use the amenities, wasn't there long enough to use them.
Service was good.
Two issues!! It needs to be stated on the hotel site that all the parking around the hotel has to be paid for. I wasn't impressed with that. Thank God your deak clerk didn't charge us. I would have flipped out. I did ask to be away from noise. Seventh floor here we come. When we stepped off the elevator. We were hit instantly with a wall of heat. Have AC throughout your hallways also.

Staff and rooms were excellent. Needs AC in the common areas and hallways.
Pros:

The common areas were extremely absurdly hot. No AC. The room was very cool though.

Cons:

Common areas. Especially the 6th floor as it’s an open concept and heat rises and there was no AC up there as we did a few loads of laundry
