Pros:

The housekeeping staff was nice and helpful, The shrimp tacos were great once we got them

Cons:

Very dis satisfied. And still have not received a receipt for my room or for the security I had to give for incidents of 150.00. I did not get anything extra for what I paid. As I flew in for a Centropix Academy event. Very very disappointing

Cons:

Die Möglichkeit über den Shuttle Bus abgeholt zu werden hat nicht funktioniert!. Wir riefen ewig an wurden jedoch überhaupt nicht gehört!!. Wir mussten letztendlich mit den Taxi dahin!

Sängen var bekväm badrummet ok.

Cons:

Hade beställt till 3 vuxna, och fick be om sängkläder till bäddsoffan, det fanns inte. Bäddsoffan var smutsig och det hade nog inte städats under där på väldigt länge.
Poolområdet såg ok ut, tills man gick dit. Poolen hade inte städats på länge och vattnet var smutsigt.

Practical, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Every time I arrive in Orlando, I stay at this hotel. I’ve tried a few near the airport and this has been my favorite choice. I especially enjoy having a decent restaurant inside the hotel, so after my long international flight, I don’t need to go out and find one. It’s very practical and with good food, breakfast or dinner. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, staff friendly.

Cons:

Only once did I have a room above the outside smoking area near the pool, and there was a noisy group outside talking late into the night. I had a long international flight over, haven’t slept in 20 hours and it was impossible to sleep with the noise because of their loud talking. I’m also not used to the noisy air conditioning that’s common in the USA and I turned it off.
